Balancing macronutrients with Senior Nutritionist Kenneth. My main takeaway is the importance of focusing on ensuring the ratio of carbs, protein, fibre and good fats is relative to the amount of calories consumed. I.e When looking at the 1,800-2,200 calories you have to play with on a daily basis, ensure the calories you are eating meets your macronutrient needs. #HealthIsWealth #Macronutrients #OnlyWingsAndFreedom

#TBT #Iceland 2013 Iceland to me is the definition of freedom. I was hundreds of kilometres from anywhere at this moment, it's the most westerly point of Iceland, called #Latrabjarg, only 300kms from Greenland and I'd seen this place in a guidebook as one of the top places to go to... If you are brave enough to journey there. Stating its off the beaten track is an understatement. Crazy dirt roads in my somewhat roadworthy rental car got me here walking along these magnificent cliffs completely alone and yet I'd never felt so connected. The thing is, when we feel lonely, we are missing ourselves, we've lost ourselves somewhere along our journey. At this moment, I knew exactly where I was and who I was. Soon after I took this photo an eerie mist started to rush its way down the hills next to the cliffs. I ran like a 5 year old to my car, playing a game with the mist, that I would beat it back to my car. I won.
