Sometimes I forget how much a trigger really fucks me up until I encounter it in the wild and it sends me spiraling into a panic attack.
#me wanting to ask people to tag a more specific trigger#vs the fear of exposing my weaknesses on a website known fot violent harassment#look maybe i'm just paranoid but i don't want to share my worst triggers online#only to end uo getting on the bad side of someone who will spam my inbox and notifications with said triggers#been there done that no thanks
