reminiscing on the time i went in for a knee appointment and the doctor was like how long have you had knee pain for and i was like five years .and he just looked at me (←voice of guy who just remembered he was supposed to book an mri appointment for his other knee six months ago .because its been hurting for a year and a half)

#its not purposeful neglect i just forgot .also its irrelevant if its not happening directly in that moment itll just poof out of my brain #i only went in for the knee i have a diagnosis for when it started making clicking sounds anytime i bent it and i was like wait its not #supposed to be doing this im pretty sure #is thisadhd #only thinking about this now because both my knees are achy ill forget about it when the pain soothing cream works
