I'm serious this is the worst breakdown I've had since high school I just keep crying and my face almost feels numb and my fingers feel numb and stiff and I feel like I can't breathe right it's too fast and shallow and my nose is plugged from crying and I don't have tissues or anything rn which isn't helping and I keep freaking out and no one I'm comfortable talking to is home and I just feel ins and needles everywhere.
