sometimes i think about the fact that most of the main friend group dont like the psychickers at fucking all and it makes me giggle.. they only like saiki and probably wonder why he hangs out with them

August Prompt - Pavilion

Day 5 is Pavilion.

Today's is G rated! Sorry if the last one was bit out of left field, I just had the idea and ran with it.

(Also, for those unfamiliar, a pavilion is like that side-less building with the benches underneath in a park.)

"I cannot express how much I appreciate you having me over last night Aiura!" Aiura rolled her eyes playfully; Teruhashi had already thanked her five other times. "You don't need to thank me girl! I'm, like, too familiar with creeps, so I totes get why you wanted to bail. I will be keeping an eye on your location today though, just in case."

"Thank you Aiura. I'm off, but I'll be back tonight!" Teruhashi waved bye to her friend and started walking down the street. The neighborhood Aiura lives in is different than what Teruhashi was used to, but it wasn't bad. 'I wonder if there is a park nearby? I just want to stay outside today.'

After a few minutes of walking, Teruhashi happened upon a small park. Not much except for a few benches and a swing set, but it was nice. She headed over to the swings and sat, just thinking about random stuff.

'So today's the 3rd, which means my birthday is in 3 days. I do want to have a small party with my friends, but we can't do it at my house. I'll call Chiyo; I'm sure she has some ideas!'

Teruhashi fished her phone and dialed Yumehara's number, who picked up almost immediately.

"Kokomi! How are you?"

"Not the greatest, but I heard Aiura explaining it to you last night, so you know why."

"Yeah, I honestly can't believe he is such a *beep*. Oh, microwave beeped, keep talking, I just need to get my food."

"Okay. So my birthday's on the 6th and I wanted to have a small party with our friend group, but we can't have it at my house for obvious reasons, so I wanted to see if you had any ideas."

"The park by my house has a pavilion hidden in a little garden area. I can get my mom to talk to the neighborhood board about letting us use it as a private space on your birthday."

"That's a really nice idea Chiyo! I knew calling you was a good idea. You sure you can reserve it, or whatever, this short notice?"

"I'm sure. As long as we have the party nearer to night, I guarantee it'll be fine. The only people who use the park are the couples with young kids, so they'll be going home once it starts turning dark."

"Okay, I'll leave the location to your capable hands. I'm sure Aiura and Imu will be willing to help plan the rest."

"I'm sure they will. I'm going to hang up now; my food's getting cold."

"Of course. Bye!"

"Bye!"

A moment later, Teruhashi heard the hanging up beep.

'This'll be a great party; I'm just sure of it!'
