Silence... It was truthfully all that Tanaka wished for at this time, as he continued onward in his path he was destined to traverse... Truthfully the day was bright, almost joyful in that regard, silence and callousness being the only feelings he felt throughout the day itself, many quaking in fear before his presence... At least in his imagination that was true, however that was not the true meaning of this path he took... He had a certain duty he had to attend to, an ancient and grueling matter which only one of his status could attend to... A part-time job at that, however it was not one that he disliked, quite the opposite actually, he had been assigned a duty to care for the beasts which lurked within a nearby shelter, those who were not granted homes for time to come... It was his duty to care for them, to ensure they all continued to stand as proud and brave as they did even now.

It truthfully was a job worthy of his cause after all, many new companions within who he had the pleasure of knowing, the breeds within the bastion he soon approached all shared similar traits, a story in which brought them to his presence, knowing that they had all went along that path so to speak was something which continued to press Tanaka to check upon them... Every few days taking a few hours of his day to focus upon their needs, to ensure they all were faring well no matter the situation of the world...

Upon approaching the front entrance of the shelter however, Tanaka's gaze seemed to shift toward a being seemingly standing outside the shelter... Were they preparing to enter to purchase one of them there...? Upon closer inspection Tanaka's gaze grew a bit more uncertain, the being standing there was... Ibuki Mioda, a classmate of his who had a fairly cheerful disposition, one which he always struggled to stand alongside, for obvious reasons... Alas this did not mean he hated her, past the struggles she proved to be an interesting character, one who he respected in SOME forms at least. Which did allow Tanaka to deem her as a semi-acceptable ally to his cause of shadows... Yet that was not the point, she stood before a domain which was cursed... And it was his duty to lead her astray, to warn her of the duty he must attend which could shape the very world.

Deciding that now the wise-path would be to approach her... He did just that, attempting to force his footsteps to be more audible... That way he could potentially scare off the Songful One, to avoid the colorful nature of her... Alas upon this act failing... Tanaka merely approached, his gaze piercing as he let out a quick sigh, as if irritated that she was within his presence, "....Is there a reason you stand here? Are you not aware that this is my kingdom of darkness you stand before....? If you are unaware of this path however, I shall excuse you this once... However do not waste any further time, they require my attention and you shall not stand before me, you shall not hold me back from my eternal duty... Now speak swiftly Songful One, for my patience begins to run thin."

Truly, humanity has led up to this!
