The showmance editing is not Sharna's fault but she is playing into it with her choreography, there was like 20 seconds of standing gazing into each others eyes, and an almost kiss, really?? Emma and Rashad had more chemistry in their dance and Emma's choreography didnt have to pander to a showmance. I love her but this is turning off a lot of her long time fans and I hate seeing her lose some of her most active and dedicated fans.

OF COURSE SHE IS PLAYING INTO IT!

They would be downright stupid to not play into it. TPTB are not going to back down from going this route, so they would be stupid to stand there and straight up deny it and not give the people what they want. 

Though as you’ve made clear, not all the people want it. If you don’t like what she’s doing this season, fine. If you (or anyone) don’t want to be a fan anymore because of A STORYLINE BEING FORCED BY THE PRODUCERS, fine. I personally think that’s stupid, but that’s your business. If she’s losing “some of her most active and dedicated fans” because of this, it’s no worry for me. I’m over the “Sharna deserves better,” “Sharna shouldn’t be doing this to herself,” “Sharna is better than this” crap said all in the name of been a “real” fan. Like no… Someone who supports Sharna TRUSTS her. They trust that she knows what she’s doing and that she’s a grown woman who can handle herself. It’s that simple. You don’t have to like or want the showmance, but it’s not fair that people are taking it out on Sharna.

Emma and Rashad’s CHOREOGRAPHY, which is what we’re talking about here, was literally just as romantic as Bonner and Sharna’s. They got just as close to each other and there was chemistry in their dance, too. And there’s obviously not a showmance there. If we’re strictly comparing choreography, I saw no difference. In other words, Sharna’s choreography is not what is solely driving the showmance edit. And again. IT’S A VIENNESE WALTZ! WHAT THE HELL IS SHE SUPPOSED TO DO?!
