it is once again bone broth thursday
#that was rice pudding in the video but i'm making stock now#i'm doing this cool new thing where i'm taking out the chicken skins instead of making oily broth. shouldve just separated them#making fucking schmaltz i guess! schmaltz wednesday. in my tiny cast iron. whose seasoning has absolutely gone to hell maybe this will help#one thing about me is if you don't tell me exactly what temperature to anneal the iron to polymerize the oil then i'm going to do it wrong
