I love when I run into a problem with the software/libraries I'm using in my code and go to see if there's a workaround or solution online only to find a buncha forum posts on the githubs of the people developing the software/library in question of people with the same issue from like within the last year none of which have been resolved/fixed/implemented yet 🙃

#coding #ship stats #one of the things can output the non-latin characters in my dataset but won't let me save the whole diagram as a picture (cuts it off)#and the other one can save the whole diagram but HASN'T FUCKING IMPLEMENTED THE ABILITY TO RENDER NON-LATIN UNICODE CHARACTERS YET #which you'd think wouldn't be that fucking hard if the computer can encode it properly in the other engine????#I am losing my mind #current best workaround idea: export both and photoshop em together for the non-latin character bit smh #edit: SCRATCH THAT IT WON'T EVEN LET ME EXPORT THE BIT IN QUESTION I'D HAVE TO STRAIGHT UP SCREENSHOT IT OMFG
