Another little 200Xs series lost to time. Actually the manga had a number of sequels(?)/spinoffs(?) Which doesn't really mean much for this one season anime, not in the bigger picture of hit anime anyhow, but it's a more robust background than I'd have expected. Across all titles the Bamboo Blade manga ran continuously from 2004-2016, which isnt nothing, but it never got another anime.
