Hazel carefully walks you to your shared apartment. Shes stone cold sober as the designated driver of the night. One of her hands guiding you on the small the of your back up the other holing your hand. Trying her absolute best to keep you upright while going up the stairs.

“Tonigh… was s’fun b-baby.” You slurred out nearly tripping from taking your attention away from walking. “Sure was honey let’s get you inside alright?” Hazel replied shortly steadying you again.

“O-ok baby” You were drunk, not so drunk to be throwing up but enough to hinder your mood. With no dance floor being drunk wasnt as fun. All you wanted to do was sleep in Hazels arms for the rest of the night.

Hazels quick to open the door, place you inside, and close it again all with her steady hand still on you. Leading you to the bedroom where you promptly flop onto the bed.

“Uh-uh not yet we need to take your make up off and put on pajamas.” Hazel tuts and you groan in response. “Noooo please i jus wanna sleep, come to bed baby, please?” You only got more comfortable in the bed.

“I’ll sleep on the couch if you don’t take your make up off.” Hazel says sternly making you quickly get up and stumble over to the bathroom that’s connected to the bedroom. “Atta girl.” Hazel pats your cheek. You blush at Hazels words a small smile playing on your lips.

She places you so your sitting on the edge of the tub. She quietly gets you skin care products and places them on the counter. She stands over you. “Close your eyes honey.” You listen to her command obediently. She softly wipes your makeup off. “Look up for me.” She gets the remainder off your under eyes.

You open your eyes again and look over her face. “Your s’pretty baby can k-kiss you?” You snake your hands under her shirt to grip her waist trying to pull her just a bit closer. Asking with a pout and craning your neck up. Hazel just snickers in response while wiping the rest of your make up off.

“Stay still please honey. I’ll kiss you when we’re done ok?” Hazel smoothly runs her hand over your cheek. Using her thumb to rub the soft skin. Her eyes are incredibly soft as her only concern is taking care of you. She thought you looked adorable with your heavy tired eyes and a pout on your face.

You huff and nod in agreement. “Alright wash your face I’ll get your pjs mkay.” Hazel asks then leaves you to go get clothes for you. All while having a smile on her face looking through your pjs. She picks out one of her own shirts and your sleep shorts.

You walk back into the bedroom starting to come down from your drunkenness feeling a bit annoyed at still being awake. Dragging your feet Hazel laughs at the sight. “C’mere I’ll help you get undressed. Arms up.” Hazel pulls your shirt off over your head and unclips your bra and you immediately let out a sign of relief. She slips the soft tee shirt over you smiling at your reaction.

It made her feel like she was doing a good job giving her a sense of pride. She unbuttoned your jeans helping you shimmy out of them. You put the on shorts yourself. Hazel kisses your forehead lovingly. “Good job sweetheart get in bed I’ll be out in a second.”

You look at her with sad eyes. “I’ll be just one second ok I promise then we can go to sleep ok.” She says reassuring you. Hazel turned to get her back to you getting quickly undressed and you whistle at her. “Your s’fuckin hot babe.” You said flirtatiously bitting on the tip of your finger. Propped up against the pillows watching her. The sight of Hazels toned back makes your mind wonder.

She shakes her head in awe. “Yeah? Well if your patient maybe you’ll get a reward in the morning can you do that for me baby?” She replies a grin playing on her lips as she looks back at you. You gasp at her. “Yes ma’am!” You exclaimed excitedly.

Hazel tips her head back and laughs. She finished getting dressed and walks into the bathroom, not before giving you once last look and waving at you cutely. You smile tiredly at her she’s so amused by you when you in this state.

Hazel comes back out the bathroom to find you under the covers appearing to be asleep. She carefully gets into the dad only to hear “I’d like my kiss now.” You said demandingly “Of course honey.” She giggles then leans in to kiss you softly.

You both get settled into each other. Hazel holds you to her chest running her fingers through your hair until she felt your body relax completely. Which didn’t take along at all. She kisses your forehead one last time before letting herself fall asleep as well.

Im a little disappointed but that was a really good twist I’m ngl

Am I still upset that everything up until now was nothing more than a sci-fi dream conjured up by the listener? VERY 😭 that’s why I hate this trope

But as much as I am mourning the loss of my fav shady corporate sci-fi story and how it ended, the one thing I like about this ending was the small glimpse of just how complex the other empowered are besides DAMN crew. A dreamwalker was able to fool themselves into believing the reality they placed themselves in. That’s some decent writing and it only makes you think just how much more those who are empowered can do.

The dusk of a new night greets you as you run. Far, far away. You had nowhere to go, your feet leading you wherever the wind took you. Nothing truly important lay back in town, perhaps a few less than noteworthy friends in society who’d given an artificial smile and obligatory wave.

Nothing to go back to.

So of course you’d been an idiot to run into the woods. You have one horrible day, and rather than wallowing at home like usual you make the horrid decision to run when others keep berating you for it, fine attire catching on brambles you’d almost tripped over as the haphazard movements of yours fell to a halt. How far had you run? How far did your stress carry you?

Alone. Just as you wished and terrified. Only the moss at your feet and rather barren branches accompanied you, horrors of the night awaiting your person.

Wonderful. Wonderful.

You breathed in shakily, only to exhale into a sob. God, you were tired, so so very tired.

You eventually lifted your head to observe your surroundings. Eerie; yet a welcome sight compared to the bustling cobblestone streets of town, quiet, perhaps too quiet. The wind whistles past your ears in its reverie, encompassing you fully into the charm of the night.

This could be good, you attempt to reassure yourself. That thought is fleeting as you attempt to appreciate the short lived tranquility and struggle to backtrack. It’s futile.

You have no way back. So what must you do? Trudge forward. The next town could be for miles, you have no money and certainly no mode of transportation besides your already exhausted two feet.

You trek forward.

Not long after, your loneliness returns. The peaceful night soon digs into your heels once again, dragging your already worried mind into further disquietude. Your arms wrap around yourself in poor manner to shield yourself from the further night’s chill, vision hazy from the little light and paranoia suffocating you.

But nevertheless, you persist. You were stubborn in that way, never knowing quite when to stop despite the fear you’d be too much. Even now, when you’d done too much, by leaving town entirely to the welcoming yet terrifying arms of the woods did you remain stubborn. In a will to survive? In the pursuit of curiosity? The need for more? To deserve more?

You’d never quite place it, you’re sure. Perhaps all of the above.

Such thoughts plague you as you unknowingly stare down at your feet, eventually reaching a cobblestone pathway.

Your neck snaps up to see- ruins? No, it’s far too neatly kept for that. A castle, complete with gates and stone pathways; warm torches lit at the sides if you squinted from the faraway grounds of the gates. Cool moonlight acted as your light as you traversed forward, feet picking up. Perhaps you could try to see if it was abandoned, fashion yourself a place for the night! Hopefully no dangers resided here, in such a domestic place. Well, perhaps it wasn’t the most welcoming of homes but it certainly was a new sight amongst what surrounded you. Ah, yes, dead trees, dead trees, and.. woah! More dead trees!

..so, quite the refreshing sight.

The pats of your feet are the only noise you truly process, the gates creaking with movement as you walk closer to the manor.

Large metal rings the size of your head hung heavily at the double doors. Should you knock? They appeared to be in usable condition.. so you supposed, lifting one knocker with your dominant hand.

A heavy boom resounded as you dropped it. You’d never really used one- just accustomed to the usual rapping of knuckles on doors, or a verbal call whilst entering a room.

“You appear unfamiliar.” A voice suddenly husks behind you, making you nearly jump out of your skin.

You whipped around quickly, “Holy shit!-“ for someone in the Victorian era, your modern slang (profanity) was rather proficient. Standing before you was someone cold and cunning, towering over you intensely. His presence demanded attention, the need to stand straight and not let him out of your sight in fear of what he could do.

The wind whistled in your ears once more. Like a taunt that it could run far away from here, unlike you. His domineering white- no, almost white, pale blue eyes stared down at you. He seemed inhuman.

Your mind seemed scrambled in a feeble attempt to explain yourself, “Sorry I uh, was walking and needed someplace to stay for the night..”

His eyebrow arches in amusement. “So you decided to reside here?”

The crunching of leaves is what alerts you to a new presence behind the.. man who’d confronted you, wisps of blonde hair peeking from over his shoulder until he stood next to him. “Aw, that’s no way to treat a visitor!” He gave a sweet, yet strangely tight lipped smile. “I’m Vash, this is Nai. It’s wonderful to meet you.” A partially gloved hand adorned in lace outstretches towards yours in a pleasant handshake, small tears in the fabric from overuse. It’s a paradoxical feeling of ‘rough lace’, yet it suits him rather well.

You hesitantly greet yourself, voice meek with unfamiliarity and worry. An introduction slips past your lips albeit shaky voice, he remains ever so friendly and opens the door for you, the.. Nai guy taking care to briskly zoom past and ignore your very presence.

How kind. He’s taken a liking to you.

Vash merely brushes it off as usual banter, perhaps it’s nothing personal, you assume. He seemed unbothered overall and didn’t really acknowledge anything, that much you could observe just from his behaviors so far.

It’s not of importance, not in your mind at least. What truly caught your attention? The ornate structures in the main hall- carvings of angels in rich marble and stone, hell, even the floors had carvings!

Out of curiosity you dipped your toe into the slight crevices in the ground, feeling the divots of some.. geometric swirls and markings that decorated the beauty of the castle.

“Hey, you coming?” Vash peeked over his shoulder towards you- you’d lost yourself in the beauty of the room. 🍈 Who’s your blorbo and what are some of your favorite headcanons/ideas about them that repeatedly show up in your fics? Free pass to rant about blorbo opinions. 

To preface this, I love all the boys. They're all very cute/adorable/hot/attractive (take your pick), and they all are amazing musicians and very, very talented! But I think I do let my bias show a lot, so it would come to no surprise when I say my fav is Bojan. (I’m basic ik, but have you looked at his big ass puppy eyes?) 

If you read my fics, you might already guess what this is going to entail. I generally love that he's absolutely tiny next to the others (I’m sure he hates that fact, but it’s cute and him being pocket sized makes it so much funnier, sorry, puppy boi, you're three blueberries stacked on top of each other, I don't make the rules and neither do you). But that’s not a headcanon right?

So yeah, some headcanons I love are writing about him whining and whimpering and begging. He's a vocal boi, so it just makes sense to me.

We also all know about his little naps, and one of my headcanons is him just dropping immediately once he goes tired, idk, it's just very cute, I think. 

One of my absolute fav headcanons is him loving to get manhandled, but once again, we've seen him enjoy being pushed around, so is that really a headcanon or is it just… him?

🥝 What’s your favorite trope/AO3 tag to write?

Ohhhh, that's interesting, ngl. I like writing a lot of different things and I like reading a thousand things more… but I think my favorite trope to write atm might be friends to lovers, sharing one bed, tour bus is also quiet nice (and very JO focused 😂).

I also tend to like a lot of smutty tropes, like biting and hair pulling, but idk if we then go over into the kink side of the tags and less trope-y 😅

🍍 What kind of AUs do you like? Are there any AUs you hate or just generally have beef with? 

Usually I really like most AUs! It all depends on how it's portrayed and if I like the author or not. But generally I really enjoy supernatural AUs, like Vampires, witches and demons and stuff, but I also am really font of a good dæmon fic (I love the concept of having a little animal companion that is literally your soul, reminds me of familiars of witches and I love that). 

I do also enjoy a nice sports AU if it's not too focused on the sport and makes me read about matches and rules and an accurate paragraph long description of technical gameplay, if I want to read a rulebook I can watch a yt tutorial or google. I also like a good f1 AU.

The classical ones like College AU and Coffee shop, tattoo parlor/flower shop are also so nice to read and always make me happy! 

So there is generally no AU I could say I have beef with from the top of my mind… ohhhhh, okay, no, there is one! 

I don't really enjoy Space AUs… like… the funky Guardians of the Galaxy types or Star Wars or Star Trek are nice and fine. It's space horror that freaks me out, when ppl get lost in space and have to either survive or die alone in the middle of nothing. That might also have to be connected to my dislike of cosmic horror that happens in space (like the Alien movies, which I don't dislike, but just can't appreciate the way other ppl can). If it's like… Alien invasion and it happens on earth its different tho, then it's funky and fun again.

Space is incredibly beautiful and I'm so fascinated by planets, the milky way and solar systems and all the Star signs and constellations, but at the same time I just think I don't like the vastness of it as well as the sheer nothingness and the ominous nature of it all. Maybe it's also just existential dread I feel when I think of it, but I just am not having a good time when I'm being anxious, so yeah 😅

You asked a hard question lol. It really depends on what I’m currently obsessing over really.

When my brain is being occupied by one manga/book/ anime/ tv series, I tend to like the romantic/ non romantic ship in that media the most. But overtime, I do think I’ve developed fairly consistent types. I’ll just go with manga ships here since my recent fictional favs are all manga/anime

The ‘opposite attracts/complementary’ ( or a bit of fun rivalry) trope has me in a chokehold since I was a teenager ngl. I do want deep connections, mutual respect and maturity between the characters though. Most of my ships nowadays are older characters and fit into the aforementioned traits. Not to say relationships between young characters don’t have substance, I guess the preference simply comes with age. There are definitely some young ships I hold dear thanks to great writing or nostalgia

And then there are some ships that are just so fun! ( aka the art, the memes, and/or fanfics are FIRE!) I can’t help myself 😆

My favorites recently have been Levi/Hange (AOT), Jinshi/Maomao ( apothecary diaries), Kabru/ Mithrun (Dungeon Meshi), Shima/Mitsumi + Yuzuki/Makoto (skip and loafer), Vash/ Wolfwood (Trigun),

idk if ur into bl but there’s a rlly good game called “slow damage” by nitro chiral. they’re the same company who made dramatical murder…so if you know. then you know how this game will play out 😭 but i’m pretty sure slow damage is more of their darker games.

it’s not free, but for what it’s worth (about $20 usd), id say i don’t regret buying it myself. i think it would fit right into your ally bc when i’m talking dark content…i mean it! if i remember correctly, it follows a depressed desk worker (bc ofc) who’s also a painter trying to get some cash yk?? and the cool thing about the mc is he has the ability to see people’s deepest darkest desires, which he uses as inspo to create art.

and this game is not afraid about getting depraved �� one of my fav characters (besides the mc bc i actually love him) is this dude named madarame, iirc??? and he’s every masochists wet dream 🫣 don’t @ me for that lmfaooo

it’s such a wild game!! i loved the nsfw scenes so much, i encourage you to look up some of the cutscene art bc it’s genuinely so beautiful 😩 there’s always some kind of blood involved and they’re usually banging at some decrypt place that prolly stinks so hard. despite all of that, the mc always looks like he’s on cloud nine, even when he’s chained up and bleeding profusely 😳

and it’s not just the nsfw scenes that has me drooling, but the story itself is intensely gripping??? like i’m hooked from beginning to end. and this is coming from someone who studied/s classical lit or literature in general…dunno if that holds any substance, but trust me when i say i’ve read countless of books and consumed enough media that it’s tantamount to mt kilimanjaro, but by far slow damage is one of the best visual novel games i’ve ever had the pleasure of playing 😖 usually vn games have good art and spicy scenes, but never plot. but this game blew my exception. so if you’re not much into how gorey it can get (bc the spicy scenes are low-key eroguro 80% of the time) then i’d say go for the story. it’s an absolute gem and thought provoking.

anyway sorry for the long rant 😭 this game is my guilty pleasure and idk if you’ve heard of it or what, but i don’t hear many people talk about it!! if you like euphoria, slow damage is not graphic in the same way, but it’s definitely dark and they’re not afraid to show the pleasure that comes from the pain 🫣

ps…in terms of yandere themes, idk if i’m remembering anything right bc it’s been a hot min, but it’s not really set in canon or directly in the game whether the yandere trope is applicable. but ngl, almost all characters display some kind of yandere characteristic where they’ll say the craziest shit and do something 10x crazier 😭 i mean if it wasn’t evident enough with some of them tying down and forcing themselves on the mc, then idk what is 🤔 but yes, it does get super intense!! highly recommend it, if i haven’t expressed that enough. they also have the opening soundtrack on youtube if you just look up slow damage op!! the soundtrack in general is actually good and fits with the vibes.

I personally haven’t played Dramatical Murder but during my teenage years, that game’s influence over the internet is ASTRONOMICAL ☠️ So, I always assumed that it’s something crazy, but never really bothered to know anything about it lol (Because I was an edgy little highschool girl who hated men ☠️) I just laugh every time I hear someone talk about it, because they’re so passionate. It’s cute ✨

Man, BL games always has the craziest fucking plot in the visual novel genre, and they always have the craziest characters too!! 😭 Otome games can only hope to have that kind content on their games lol Because eroguro is kind of a taboo topic, right? But I love to see more creative ways into corporating it into “dating” games 🧎‍♀️ This game seems like it checks the right corners of my brain, every single guilty pleasure so I don’t blame you for the enthusiasm! Opinion on tamber? And Amber in general🤔 I’m curious cuz I’ve never seen you mention her (I think) but she’s one of my favs cuz she actually could’ve been solo, Richie barely did shit (I do miss Dewey though but to be honest “it’s an honor” is such a good line and she slayed that)

I love the idea of Tamber and I wish they would have kept it in the script! The trope ‘if I can’t have you, no one can’ would have made Scream 5 so much better and I will always be bitter about them not being together. Amber is very interesting and complex character, so she’s one of my favorite ghostfaces. I really like her aside from being Ghostface, and I have tried to write for her before, but I can’t get her character right :( Richie is one of the worst ghostfaces and I will die on that hill. Completely off topic, but I feel like a Ghostface duo between Amber and Quinn would have been unstoppable (Gale’s apartment chase scene 😮‍💨)

dw pookie you’re not a bother!! I love receiving asks :3 and invincible is basically the superman trope if Superman decided to stomp on kittens (and his son) for fun /j. If you have Amazon prime I recommend you totally watch it!! (it’s a bit gory tho ngl). The comics are pretty good but so far, I like how the show had adapted things more, and the voice acting is phenomenal. Steven Yeun did a great job portraying mark’s emotions. Also mark loves comics and he’s a nerd so. Automatic fav. He goes through a ton of shit tho. Like a trainload (get it? Train? S1 finale reference :3) but I adore the fact that mentally he stays invincible throughout the show despite all the fucking stuff he’s gone through. Not his body though that gets broken all the time so his branding is only like… half correct :p.

I’m not gonna mention any major spoilers just in case you do watch it but the show is fun, there’s a Spider-Man and invincible crossover comic that I’ve read seven times, and I think mark has a preference for less sweet tasting prey.

also. One pet peeve I have is that everyone’s eye color kept changing in the comics (BUT THEYRE GOOD THE COMICS ARE SO GOOD DONT LET MY GRIPING TURN YOU AWAY FROM IT) but that’s it :D

Thos are all great picks! And Stu would love reanimator. I think Halloween 1 is a big one, like its so obvious and they've seen it so many times but I think it was formative for them and I also think Stu had a great big crush on Micheal and parallels Billy to him a lot in a very romanticized way. Like he sees him as this quiet, unstoppable force who also has these fun silly moments occasionally and idk, I think he knows every line in the movie but still feels so tender watching it cause its just Billy for him.

Black Christmas is another- aside from the fact that I love the movie I think its one Billy liked a lot as well, like this slow building pace, the shooting style, and then the fact that it revolves around phone calls and everything. Like when Sid runs up into Stu's attic during the chase scene its set up like a reference to the movie up there and I can't imagine thats not because Billy and Stu were playing Black Christmas at some point.

Deep Red is another, It just strikes me as a Billy favourite and I think he gets really animated talking about his favourites, so Stu would have som really fond memories of that.

LMAO giving the CDs is a great touch, like theres shards of CD flying and Stu's like " aww babe you didn't have to make confetti, thats so sweet"

plotline of rgu and what kind of media it is: revolutionary girl utena is a late 90s anime that was heavily influential on the anime that came later and on animation in general (: the plot surrounds utena tenjou, a teenage girl (ish . her relationship to gender is VERY complex and she is at the very least clearly butch to me . bigender utena 4eva) who wants to be a prince and who is sort of unintentionally drawn into a duel for (among other things) the hand of the rose bride, anthy himemiya, a teenage girl with some magical capacities who is treated more as an object than a person by those who want to win her. utena wins the duel, and continues to have to defend her spot as champion despite not particularly Wanting anthy to treat her as her owner and bride-to-be. things obviously spiral down and get way more complicated from there but thats the basic synopsis of the beginning without spoiling later stuff (: (and obligatory warning for anyone intrigued by that that it gets very heavy later on check the warnings ideally on smt besides does the dog die bc there is a Large amnt and imo the does the dog die doesnt really cover them properly or explicitly explain how intrinsically tied to the narrative some of said warnings Are)
