Remembering that I was still sewing frames the morning of the due date of my last film has suddenly instilled in me a sense of deep calm. Like, yeah. I can for sure make this happen. I have one frame left to make up, which I’m not actually gonna be animating in any meaningful way. I’ve done better in worse circumstances and, while my mum definitely raised a quitter, secondary school left me with the superpower to literally do any amount of work on the day before a deadline for fear of the Disapproval of The Teachers striking me dead where I stand.
