“Sara… was rather upset,” she admits. “She’s realized she didn’t know her father at all. There were many stories they had to tell—each told by new, strange faces. It was another side of him she never got to see.” That is for the best, knowing the kind of work he did. “It is misfortunate,” Kai says instead, “that she must only learn of him in death.” (Hiyori is waiting.
