For the protein snack
Greek yogurt mixed with honey and a little cinnamon eaten as a dip with apple slices. So delicious and sweet while still getting a good amount of protein in ur system!
that's not a bad idea. i can also do that with peanut butter if i can't get honey & greek yogurt (things are tighter than normal). & i do like dipping apples in things. this is def more nutritious than nutella.

#on the search for proteiny snacks so that plasma donation is smoother#also just to be clear when you donate plasma you only donate plasma. you get the red blood cells & everything else back#& plasma is literally just water & protein which is why you can donate twice a week it's the fastest part of the blood to replenish#but yeah they take my blood spin it in a machine to separate the parts then pump the plasma in a bottle & everything else back into me via#the same needle. so nutrients like iron are important pre donation bc you do get blood taken out & it is possible to react poorly to the#drawing (as i have done dont worry i was fine sometimes the first time is rough) but it will come back. so water & protein are the main#concern afterwards (though lots of protein foods have iron). though it is possible to have complications in receiving the blood cells back#almost didnt get my red blood cells back on tues) in which you will have to eat differently & wait longer to donate#just letting y'all know so that y'all dont search for iron & protein stuff it can be only protein#also i have the water figured out lol i have gatorade
