"LSW - EPILOGUE"
TRANSLATION: NARU-KUN
"Hey, Yata, did you know? Scepter 4 members live in dormitories."
That happened when he was eating with Totsuka at the bar counter. Totsuka suddenly said something as if he had always had an idea.
"What is this all of a sudden? I know... that guy told me."
Yata replied with a loud pout.
One day, half of the luggage suddenly disappeared from the room the two had been living in since the end of high school, and then moved into the Scepter 4 dorm, a statement that made him question his sanity. Was this the trick of the cat ears and earthworms?! He thought afterward as he stomped his feet.
Soon after, Yata also left that room. Every time he went to bed, he would notice the emptiness above his head and couldn’t help but feel nauseous.
"So, since it’s a dorm, does it have a dining room or something?"
"Eh? I don't know..."
"I wonder if he's eating enough food. You know, Fushimi is a picky eater, so I don't think there's much proper set menu in the cafeteria. What do you think, Yata?"
"I don't know! Why do I have to worry about the traitor's food?!"
When Totsuka continued to talk insensitively, Yata got angry and slammed his fist on the counter. The plate bounced off and the cup fell over, flooding the counter with water. Fortunately, Kusanagi wasn't there, so he was saved from punishment.
Totsuka looked surprised and took a step back. Feeling awkward, Yata looked down and pulled both fists, including the spoon in his right hand, out from under the counter.
He kicked the empty loft from below dozens of times above his head and fell headfirst onto his bed, clutching his legs and saying, "It hurts!" He yelled at himself... He just couldn't control his anger. He went crazy for a while, venting his anger outside of himself, but when he felt empty and stopped, something suddenly rose up in his throat and he felt an incomprehensible feeling of regret. Although he said he was sorry, he didn't know exactly what he was sorry for. However, for Yata, it was nothing more than a feeling of regret.
He regretted it. He grabbed a pillow and pressed it hard against his face, gritting his teeth so hard that his mouth cut and regretting it no matter what.
"Ah, if that guy changes his mind and apologizes, and says he wants to go back, we'll bow to Mikoto-san together. He's not the type to bow to anyone, so I'll bow to him, and if Mikoto-san doesn't feel satisfied unless he hit Saruhiko, then he'll hit me along with him."
"Well, if King really hits you, will Yata die?! Are you okay?!"
Totsuka was surprised at how over the top he was, so he flinched and said, "Ugh!" For Yata, coming into contact with Suoh's suspicions is scarier than any ghost story or horror movie.
"I... Still, I'm ready. I won't let Saruhiko get beaten up alone."
His voice was hoarse. However, he clenched his fist tighter, stared at the counter, and finished his sentence.
"Yeah, well, I think it's manly to be prepared for that, but isn't it a little one-sided? I wonder if that's what Fushimi wants."
"...? What do you mean? Don't say things like you already know them..."
He felt strangely angry and glared at him. Totsuka had a calm smile on his face as always.
"This is what King and the Blue King look like."
Then, he suddenly started talking again.
"It's not like they're just fighting each other like you think, Yata. Well, it seems like there's a lot going on in Fushimi's position, and it would be nice if we could talk someday... Even... If I say this now, Yata, you still don't get it, right?"
When he laughed at Yata, who asked indignantly, "Are you making fun of me?" Totsuka raised his hands in surrender and said, "Sorry, sorry."
"Well, remember what I said someday, somewhere. Even if I'm not there at that time."
"Hey, please don't say things like you're going to die someday. That brings bad luck."
When he said that in a particularly grumpy manner, Totsuka simply smiled.
++++++++++
No Blood, No Bone, No Ash!
No Blood, No Bone, No Ash!
No Blood, No Bone, No Ash!
As he excitedly waved his fists in the air, stamped his foot, and raised his voice, his surroundings became warm. Yata looked left and right with teary eyes.
He didn't know where they came from, but before he knew it, sparks were dancing all over the area.
It wasn't that... there was light. All around him, his friends were shaking their fists and chanting the same words in unison, and from each of their bodies light was born, like little lives separating. As if calling out to one another, the light gathered, dyeing the white landscape red as it rose into the sky covered in snow clouds.
"Ah..."
When he looked at his chest, he saw that the mark on his body was also exuding a soft red light.
Another light was born from within him and he let himself be carried away by the light of his companions.
He felt that Suoh's flame still resided deep within the mark that remained on his body. The flame filled his body with a gentle warmth. It was as if the fierce anger that Suoh had held within him as a wild king was dissipating and beginning to crumble.
"Mikoto-san..."
Following the light, Yata raised his tear-soaked face.
"No Blood, No Bone, No Ash! No Blood, No Bone, No Ash...!!"
He held the spot tightly and let out a loud voice as if to let go of the emotions welling up within him.
Looking up from there, he saw a line of armored vehicles with blue markings stopping on the railing of the bridge that connects Gakuenjima and the mainland. He saw a light gently floating above the bridge, moving away from the group of lights of his companions.
Fushimi was holding the same place as Yata with his hand, looking up at the sky with a strange expression on his face, as if he had lost some of his poison.
(Oh, shit...)
Yata cursed in his heart.
Why is he remembering that now? Totsuka-san, did he know he would leave one day? Was he talking about this moment?
Now that he can't do that again, he realized that he should have taken the plunge and asked Suoh what the Blue King meant to him.
He wanted to ask Totsuka what he really meant when he suddenly said something like that and said that Yata still didn't understand, but now that he can't do that again, he realized.
It's annoying for Yata to admit that, but if there's something that can help him, it's...
He's alive. They can still meet as many times as they want, express their doubts and anger, and try to talk.
"No Blood, No Bone, No Ash! No Blood, No... Idiot Monkey! No Ash!"
He doesn't know if he heard the insults mixed with his anger, but Fushimi glared at him.
The two exchanged glances on and off the bridge.
As everyone continued to chant in unison, Yata glared at Fushimi without taking his eyes off. He raised his voice even louder, intending to smash him into the bridge. He kept screaming even when his voice was hoarse, he pounded the ground even when he couldn't feel his legs anymore, and he kept swinging his fists even when he couldn't lift his arms.

𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 loveit?
x gender neutral reader.
wc: 468
cw: yandere, mentions of cannibalism (in a metaphorical sense), character death, dismemberment (but not too graphic), vomit/throwing up, dark content basically. DIRECT references to the song loveit? and love eat and also based on the revenge theory bcs ppl have different interpretations towards this song lmao (and it made a dent in my brain forever. thank u to that one that came up w the theory).
dead dove, do not eat.
author notes: hi it's been a while since i last wrote anything.. i mean anything at all.. this (obviously) might not be the accurate representation to the songs HNFF pls i tried considering other theories... thank u for reading!! scroll away if uncomfy <3
red. It is the color he could only see.
how putrid, he thinks. seeing so many people surrounding you, it irks him. how could you talk to these… lowly creatures undeserving of your presence? he eyes you like a predator, watching your possible next move. oh, how he loves that horrified look you have for a second the moment you laid your eyes on him.
“come on, eat it, darling."
he urges you as you hesitantly look at the ‘food’ served to you, then back at the male. what could he put here that he insists that you eat the meal he prepared? you take a bite, and he smiles.
it was the meat of the person you last talked to, he whispered. the moment he said that to you, you immediately threw up, not letting said human meat inside your system. disgusting, vile, even uncanny.
he was pleased, after all, you wouldn't let anyone in your life except for him, would you? the first question in your mind was, why? why, would he go lengths, as to butcher one's body just because you talked with them? he hates that you're giving all your attention and affection to that insignificant pest.
he also has to stake claims to you - a mark that you are his. that's why he proceeded to gouge out your right eye. it was excruciating, but what mattered to him is that he put a mark on you forever, and he plans to do more.
after all, love makes everyone blind, even to those who think they've seen what true love looks like.
"i'm going to eat you, sexually unrestrained."
oh, why can't you say anything? you're not fighting him back, so you must like the pain he's inflicting from you? poor thing, but he loves you too much to let you go. he promises to eat you up, deep into the marrow, flesh and blood.
that is, until you snap.
cupping his cheeks with your stained hands, you gaze into his eyes. it is uncharacteristically loving, to the point that it freezes him on the spot. what are you going to do next? he thinks.
bringing your lips to his, he indulges in the sick, yet passionate kiss, as you bring your hand to take his knife. you wrap your arms around him as he does the same, tracing lines at his back with the knife you're holding, bringing your beloved to his beautiful demise.
"you're loveit in human form."
surely you haven't lost your mind? of course, love does make everyone blind, even him. your ultimate intentions— on why you had to indulge in his twisted whims, why you didn't fight back, it all made sense to him now. after all, he fell into the fake love you presented before him, a punishment you endowed on him for killing your actual beloved.
enstars - shiina niki, tenshouin eichi (hear me out), fushimi yuzuru, saegusa ibara, shino hajime, sakuma ritsu (honestly i cld put the whole niki's kitchen circle here)

Ballade of the Lost Child - Prologue
Characters: Niki, Yuzuru Proofreaders: Aru, Oli
Niki: Nomnom…♪
Kuu~u. This “hashimaki¹” is super yummy! Guess I was lucky there was a food stand here.
It’s so delicious, why don’t more people know about this?
This world truly is weird~. Society should acknowledge “hashimaki” so much more.
It’s a flour-based food and it’s super easy to eat. You can even choose its flavour.
(In falsetto) Welcome ♪ Which flavour sauce would you like? Soy sauce flavour? Or how about cheese? –Hm~m, I just can’t choose!
…Whoops. Woah, that was close. I almost passed that place by accident…!
Nahaha. I suddenly forgot why I’d come out here since I came across such delicious food~.
Ooh, this line is huge!? Is this for those doughy churros that are trending at the moment!?
I thought I could avoid the crowds by coming earlier, but there are already so many people here.
I guess people gather at places with delicious food after all~.
In other words, it’s not an exaggeration to say that “delicious food creates world peace”...!
Right, this is no time to be messing around. I need to get in line before it gets too long.
<At the same time>
Yuzuru: Let’s see. I believe all the necessary purchases should be complete by now.
One, two, three… I bought this too, and that one just a moment ago. This one was sold out, so I shall have to come back at a later date.
… Hm, it appears all is in order. I don’t seem to have left any oversights.
Niki: I’m really looking forward to it~. Coming across new food is always so exciting. ♪
Yuzuru: Oh my, do I hear a familiar voice?
Ah, so it belongs to Shiina-sama. He seems to be at the end of a queue.
Season Avenue is always bustling. Hence it’s odd to see so many people lined up in a single queue.
They all seem to be queueing outside that stand. I wonder what exactly is being sold?
If Shiina-sama is lining up, it’s likely to be some type of food or drink.
… (Looking around)
… The people who’ve moved away from the stand all seem to have brightly-coloured sweets in their hands.
From their shape, I would guess they were donuts… No, perhaps churros?
Churros…? Come to think of it, I believe the Young Master mentioned those the other day…
Something about a speciality store selling cute churros on Season Avenue.
I see. He must’ve been referring to this stand.
……
Hm… He truly seemed to want to eat them, so perhaps I’ll buy them as a gift for the Young Master.
I wouldn’t usually let him eat this kind of thing, but…
Recently, he seems to be putting more and more effort into both his studies and work. Why not spoil him once in a while…♪
Shiina-sama.
Niki: Huh? Fushimi-kun?
How strange seeing you here~? Did you also come to try the churros?
Yuzuru: I believe they would be a good gift for the Young Master. Would you mind if I accompanied you?
Niki: That’s fine by me~, let’s get these trending churros together! A journey is most fun with a companion after all²…♪
Yuzuru: It’s not a journey, we’re merely waiting together in line.
Niki: Nope nope. This line is the “Food Road”! In other words, it’s kind of like the Silk Road³, isn’t it?
Yuzuru: Well, um. Are you trying to compare this long queue to a road?
Niki: Yup!
Yuzuru: sighs. Since the “Silk Road” isn’t about food, but rather silk, I feel like it’s a bit of a strange analogy in the first place.
Niki: It’s instinct, Fushimi-kun. I thought I should express it to you in some way or another. Anyway, I don’t really care as long as we can get these churros.
Yuzuru: Please stop talking based solely on reflex⁴.
I don’t often find myself surrounded by your type, Shiina-sama. If I had to say, Hibiki-sama comes the closest.
Niki: Really?
I don’t keep any company that’s like Fushimi-kun~. I only have irresponsible and weird people around me.
Oh well, thanks to that I can usually take it pretty easy, so that’s a plus.
Yuzuru: By the way, Shiina-sama. It seems that most people here are eating their churros as they leave, so do you know if I could order them to go?
Since they’re not for me to eat and are instead a gift for the Young Master, I’d like to get them for takeout if possible.
Niki: Hmm~? Is that so? I was also planning on eating while walking around here.
Truthfully, this kind of food is usually eaten on the spot or while walking, so I’m not sure if they’d be alright to take home.
Ah, Fushimi-kun. Take a look at that guy over there!
Yuzuru: Sure.
Niki: It looks like he only just bought some churros.
They’re wrapped in a paper bag from the stand too! I bet that means you can get them to go–
Man: Uwahh!?
Niki: Eh, what happened!? A fight!?
That guy was shoved over and knocked down by another man in black!?
Man: My bag! Wait, get back here! Bag thief!
Niki and Yuzuru: A bag thief!?
-----
¹ Hashimaki is Okonomiyaki wrapped around chopsticks
² Japanese proverb which means something alone the lines of “no road is long with good company”
³ The Silk Road was a series of trade routes connecting Europe and Asia spanning over 6,400km (4,000 mi) named for its primary use of trading silk. Niki is trying to liken the queue that they’re standing in to a long road where food will be traded at the end.
⁴The literal translation of what Yuzuru says is for Niki to stop talking based on “spinal reflexes”. These reflexes being involuntary and based on instinct without input from the brain. It’s effectively the same phrase as “knee-jerk reaction” in English.

do you have any personal favorite responses? ones that make your brain itch? or responses that make you go "they are SO wrong"
i'm going to assume you mean overall, so i will stick to the form responses for the sake of simplicity. though, i will say i found the responses to least normal form more interesting as people tended to be more opinionated/divided about their answers
this answer got a bit too long, so i put it under a readmore
Favorites from normal
i made a post about this some time ago, but whoever wrote "He's just a closeted gay teenager" for tomoya killed me
Favorites from not normal there is a lot
Tied btween Ibara and HiMERU tbh because HiMERU is doing something deeply insane and caused all of his own problems and made several other people's problems worse in the process. However, Ibara is a teen business major and that alone signifies he has issues.
Wataru instills a fear in me that the other characters do not. Yes, Mayoi be in the vents and stuff but like, hell stay there. when i go to piss at 4am in the morning and its pitch dark and i see something go by in the corner of my eye its wataru.
do you think i would be a shuP if he were normal in the slightest?
Honestly my choice was based entirely on the fact that I can put a name (or multiple) to everyone else's problems but when I think about Tsumugi all I can do is just hold him up and go "there's something wrong with him"
look i think himeru will win but considering how much mamas completely unwillingness to cope with anything ever has impacted both double face and just about every other story shes in i like had to. like at least himeru is capable of having friends without having a complete meltdown over the idea
he freaks me out. a little too willingly weird ((about himeru))
The other characters have their quirks, but Tsumugi clears the "says things that have made me audibly go 'what the fuck?'" bar. For everyone else, their freakiness might as well be Tuesday, you know?
He’s very interesting to me personally ✌️ like you cannot be in his situation and be very normal, i thinks. Hope he gets worse or better, either would be fun to watch ((about himeru)) ^^^ really like this one. lol
something is wrong with him like. deeply. unfixably i fear ((about madara))
honestly. let me preface this by saying crazy:b is my favorite group, but if you called himeru some sort of freak you probably got a chuckle out of me. like genuinely, what's wrong with this guy
Favorites specifically from the who should be on the least normal poll section
eichi is the only one who can truly contest tsumugi’s weirdoness and honestly he takes the cake. all the cake. every last slice. and others may try, but none truly hold a candle to these goobers. a match at best. maybe a sparkler if we’re feeling festive. eichi’s weirdo behavior is natural and genuine. his lack of normalcy has no pretense and is integral to his existence. he is the ensemble star and hes soooo weird about it. he should sweep the whole poll. every poll. weirdest in every unit.
Brain itchers all coming from the least normal form
apparently natsume once told sora that he's making bombs??? when he was clearly baking??? and that he'd have tsumugi give out the "bombs" so his reputation doesn't get ruined??? what story is this 😭
WHOEVER WROTE THIS ↓↓↓ YUZURU RESPONSE... CAN I GET THE ESSAY I'M BEGGING PLEASE where are you i only read gang 🥺🙏 LISTEN!!!!!! YUZURU FUCKING FUSHIMI!!!!!!! IS INSANE!!!!!! as a wataruP I am so incredulous that he won over Yuzuru. Because Yuzuru is SO MUCH LESS NORMAL!!!!! I already left an essay I wasn’t expecting to leave in this response so consider yourself spared the Yuzuru essay given that he wasn’t one of the main options and that…. I am planning to scream about Yuzuru fushimi’s insanity in my own post bc HE MAKES ME INSANE. But just know. He should be here
a handful of people keep/kept mentioning whatever happened in raison d'être with the graves AND I DON'T!! KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!!! I'VE ONLY READ NEVERLAND 🥺 IT'S MY ONLY VALK STORY OTHER THAN STEAMPUNK MUSEUM AND ANTIQUE LEGEND 🥺🥺🥺
Misc. thoughts because it looked weird if i didn't indent this section
as for responses i didn't agree with, this is a hard question to answer because i don't know enough about a third of the cast to strongly disagree. not to mention, i personally think that even if i knew it would be extremely rude of me to share and pick apart people's responses in front of a sizeable audience, so i will not. the last thing i want is for people to feel judged and ostracized over some silly enstars poll, and i personally do not enjoy how hostile this fanbase is to casual fans
like for example, i personally think chiaki is the weirdest ryuseitai member, but many people would disagree on that, right? and it's really not that big of a deal, because i understand why/how people come to that conclusion. some of these questions are really subjective, and are ultimately up to interpretation. just because i understand the text differently doesn't mean that another fan's opinion is inherently wrong. i think that's partially the fun of enstars in that there really is no explicit answer to some things, and it's up to the reader to draw their own conclusions
it hasn't come up often enough to address it, but i only feel bothered by people's responses when they overlook writer's biases and how that bleeds into the writing of some characters, like the amagis and adonis, somewhat mayoi, etc.
anyway, my sincere apologies if this feels like i'm personally lecturing you 🙇 i understand your interest in wanting to know this, but i do not want people to feel bad over mostly subjective opinions. on top of my own understanding of the text versus theirs, yknow?
i guess i could address the polls? for the normal unit polls i personally think hiiro, shinobu, hinata, and nazuna should have won their respective polls. i don't think niki should have won either but i'm not sure who should take his place 🤔. as for the least normal polls i think tatsumi should have won. but outside of these opinions, i do not wish to address actual written responses

Hi Adira!
I have some questions for you inspired by the Office Ladies podcast—
What was your first job?
What languages do you speak?
What is a place you have been to that you love?
What is your favorite midnight snack?
Kat, beloved. Lookit you, asking all the important questions. Let us sit down between two ferns and discuss.
What was your first job?
I worked in a cheese factory. You heard me. I worked 3rd shift in a factory that made cheese products--namely cheese slices, pimento spread, and velveeta cheese blocks. I have so SO many stories, stories of burning my hands with molten cheese pouring from the sky, bad cheese barrels and the inability to push them across oil-slicked floors, the guy with the Ron Swanson mustache that always smelled like astringent orange disinfectant, my best friend there who was an old man called "the cheese squeezer", etc. I hated it so so much but I came away with stories and enough money to get me through my freshman year at college, so I can't complain.
.
What languages do you speak?
English and that's it. I can muddle my way through reading French and can get the jist of what most people might have to say to me as a tourist in most romance languages, but conjugating verbs and remembering which nouns are masculine and feminine isn't my strong suit, so I mainly keep my mouth shut unless I have no other choice and then I muddle through and prepare myself for scorn.
.
What is a place you have been to that you love?
The House on the Rock. The Museum of Jurassic Technology. Fushimi Inari Shrine. Reykuladur thermal river in Iceland. The Ikea Museum and Hotel. The Louvre. Walt Disney World. The V&A Museum. Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Pompeii and Herculaneum. Ankor Wat. The Met. Monkey Forest Road Ubud. The Great Wall. The Grand Tetons. Pere Lachase Cemetery. Highgate Cemetery. Greenwood Cemetery. Bonaventure Cemetery. Salem.
I could keep going. I love me some travel.
.
What is your favorite midnight snack?
I'd love to hear your answers to these questions!!!!!!

What if Chihiro Fushimi Joined SEES (Part 2)
Had to rewatch the P3 ending to amp myself up to do this. Don’t mind the tears…or the river of em flowing through the post. That’s normal. Anyway. This part will be covering some misc stuff like School life, minor changes, and right up to the June full moon operation. With that being said. Lets get into it.
TW//Bullying
“SOTERIA!!!”
Soteria is Chihiro Fushimis persona. The goddess of safety and salvation, deliverance, and preservation from harm…funny that she will exactly USE harm to protect others from it.
While Soteria does learn spells like Tetrakarn and Makarakarn and some defensive increasing skills. That’s not all her Persona can do.
This persona is well known for its high magic stat, but more importantly…she’s the teams nuke button.
Her most upgraded move besides the Agi skill line is the Megi skill line. For those who don’t remember. Megi moves are pure almighty damage, a damage type that can’t be blocked.
Why did I decide to give the terrified nervous wreck a nuke? Cause I thought it would be funny. Don’t worry, it drains her magic fast so you can’t go spamming it. You’re gonna have to actually use her fire skills until much later on when she gets an sp cost reduction skill.
Soteria is best described appearance wise as a graceful looking woman with angelic wings yet in her hands are a giant shield and a crackling hand mixed with agi and megi effects. She’d have some unique patterns on her arms and would have her eyes covered by a flower crown.
Now enough about Chihiros Persona, lets see how this girl is with the rest of the teammates and what she does outside of battle.
Of course she’s still the student council treasurer so she’s in there with Mitsuru from time to time but really, it’s more of a “friendly business partners” relationship rather than a true genuine sisterly friendship for right now.
Now on the other end of things are her dorm-mates. Yukari is often really close with Chihiro. She talks to her quite often about her mangas and how club meetings go while Yukari just listens or at least tries to act engaged at the very least.
Yukari can be a bit protective of her but not often. Just helping at times when she gets too nervous around Akihiko. Other times though, despite Chihiros protests, she throws the girl to the wolves with one particular man to help her overcome her fears. That one man is…
Junpei….is…an interesting case with Chihiro. They both like manga and nerdy things at times so besides the male fear thing, you’d think they’d be the best of friends. Well, kinda. She’s too nervous right now to fully hang out with him and watches from a corner usually. Often wondering how he has so much time to slack on his studies when she’s seen his exam scores. She’d reprimand him if she had the courage to…
Yukari is definitely gonna help this girl slightly tolerate this man if it kills her.
Or at least have her join the “Stupei, Ace Defective” roasting club.
Both options work too.
Chihiro doesn’t have much to talk about with Akihiko. If Junpei was a bit much for her at this level, then a guy who talks about getting stronger and fighting with, to her, not much in common is gonna put her off a bit more…but then again, she seems fine with Hidetoshi so who knows? Maybe they’ll be better friends in the near future.
Insert Makoto Yukis/Door Doors social link here.
What? You thought I was gonna write something for Makoto now? It’s basically going the same as her SL. They’re friends and she likes being around him.
…
…
…
Okay fine, maybe I’m planning something but you’ll have to wait until later in the story. For now. They’re friends. Like…rank 4 at best.
In the overworld, Chihiro can often be seen staring at Bookworms, thinking of going in. Heck maybe even considering asking for a part time job, this girl surrounded by books would think it’s a dream job.
She can also be spotted around the mall, checking out the CD shops or wondering if maybe someday Makoto will take her into Club Escapade…but she’s gotta get her own courage in check so we’ll check in on this subplot later.
At night, there is a rare chance that you won’t be able to use the computer there because Chihiro’s on it.
She’s either gonna be studying or looking at this weird new webcomic. It’s apparently about a boy and his three friends playing a video game? You aren’t sure yet because all you see is a boy kissing his poster goodbye while his friend plays the violin. It’s weird but hey, nobody said she can’t have weird interests.
Now that the current dorm life is out of the way, lets get into the story this time.
A reason Yukari may be a bit protectivr if Chihiro is because she’s been hearing about this currently being bullied by three girls.
It’s really starting to piss her off actually. But she bites her tongue for right now.
Most of May and such plays out as normal but instead of the ghost hunting team being just you, Yukari and Junpei, this girl gets in on it too…she wishes she wasn’t because she didn’t know wether to be afraid of ghosts or Junpei in the dark, or confused by how laughable his missing girl story was.
Nevertheless she joins their investigation with some reluctance…mainly Yukari saying it’ll help her.
For once though when they decide to go to the sketchy alleys of Port Island Station at night, she’s siding with Junpei in possibly wanting to back out.
Dear lord the girl was not only not made for scared, but for seeing Junpei get headbutted by a terrifying guy while being harassed by others.
And then there’s Shinji…
Poor girl just about fainted when she saw him. He’s downright terrifying. He seems nice but the poor gi-oh…she passed out. Poor thing.
When she gets back to the dorm she’s out for the whole night, cuddling with a pillow from fear…yeah Yukari may need to apologize later to her for doing that.
Weirdly enough though, the fact she felt like she “survived” something like that feels a bit relieving in her. Like she CAN do scary stuff and will be braver…eventually. For now though. Fuukas case takes high priority.
Hearing this Fuuka girl was getting bullied by Natsuki was bad enough, learning she could be dead is slightly pissing her off…then she learns Mr. Ekoda hid this information from everyone…someone hold this girl back she’s gonna take her paper fan and jam it down his throat.
Thankfully she heard Mitsuru got to him but she’s still pissed. Who knew this sweetheart could have a tipping point that deep.
It doesn’t make her fear into a hatred thankfully, I mean…seeing Junpei get knocked down at the station made her feel scared sure but like she wanted to help and just felt powerless…maybe that’s why when he heard this girl was being bullied and her missing status was hidden was what caused her to lose her cool for a little.
Come the time to save them, she begs Makoto to please go with him to save Fuuka. She feels like she needs to meet this girl.
He doesn’t care
But she’s in the party with Aki and Junpei.
In retrospect, not a good idea for her but she’s holding back her fear to save this woman.
Authors realization: OH SHIT, I FORGOT HOW SHE FEELS ABOUT NATSUKI!!!!
So with Natsuki she feels, understandably, upset that she would bully this girl and locked her up. Though she does promise she’ll help find Fuuka.
Now back in Tartar Sauce, she’s slightly relieved yet worried to be split from the all guys party. When she finds Makoto though, she’s much calmer. When they find Fuuka though…dear lord this girl is so glad she’s alive.
Then she sees Mitsuru and Yukari are down for the count and hey, she can actually do damage to them…it’s weak damage though. If only there were some persona user who could read enemies weaknesses an- oh Fuuka did it.
The rest of the story here mainly plays out as normal.
Now with Fuuka on the team, how are she and Chihiro gonna get along?
Dear lordy, these two are like sisters. Scared, timid, shy, other similar words can best describe them to a T.
Fuuka looks up to Chihiro as her Senpai while Chihiro looks up to her as someone much smarter than her.
These two have a lot of study sessions together and it’s sort of the opposite of Yukari so far.
Instead of having Chihiro try and work past things asap, she’s more into having her take her time and do things at her own speed.
They even suggest starting a manga/book club too.
Fuuka isn’t fully into Mangas? Well by golly Fuuka will try for her new friends sake
And this is where we end for this part. Sorry it’s a bit sloppy and has so much run offs, it’s unorganized and all over the place. Okay a lot more work is needed but there was a lot to go over and I set my ambitions a bit high. I’ll try and organize things a bit better next time and make things more coherent.
Special thanks to my co-author @maze-of-my-design for the relationships list for this gal and helping with ideas for this series.
Hope you enjoyed reading it y’all.

[Gakuen K] Munakata Reisi Route Translation
Survival Training Camp
LIST OF CHAPTERS
[Translation under the cut]
Saya: Blue club is amazing, renting the whole deserted island for the camp…I'm sure it will be a fun camp.
Fushimi: …I hope so.
Saya: What does that mean?
Fushimi: You'll see when you get there.
Munakata: …So, I'd like to welcome you all in a survival training camp.
Munakata: Because of the harshness of Mother Nature, the purpose of the camp is to learn the value of clothing, food and supporting one's life.
Munakata: Basically, we are on our own in providing ourselves with local food. Cooking also requires the use of the environment.
Munakata: Since the camp is on a deserted island, it would be a loss if you don't enjoy nature to the fullest.
Saya: (S-survival…!? Self-survival means that if you don't have food, you won't eat…!?)
Saya: Senpai, sorry. I have a question…
Munakata: Yeah, what is it?
Saya: If we don't get any food, does that mean we won't eat?
Munakata: Yeah, that's right. But don't worry so much, it'll be alright.
Saya: Eh?
Munakata: The island is rich in natural food. The water is clean, so there are plenty of fish, there are also a lot of nuts.
Munakata: I think it's impossible not to eat anything.
Saya: I-I see…
Munakata: It is rare for us to rent out the whole place, so let's all work together and this camp together.
Munakata: Now, let us briefly divide into groups.
Saya: (…So that's what Fushimi-kun meant earlier)
Saya: (I wonder if there are any wild beasts in the woods or anything)
Munakata: Konohana-kun.
Saya: Y-Yeah!
Munakata: I'll give you a tinderbox. Use this and try to build a fire.
Saya: Understood.
Munakata: If you can't build a fire, all the fish we catch will go to waste...
Saya: Understand! By the time everyone gets back, I'll do my best to build a fire!
Munakata: That's the spirit. Well, I'm off to go fishing.
Saya: Okay, please be careful!
The Blue club Member 5: Gyaaa!?
Munakata: Seems like they are enjoying the nature of the deserted island right away. I can't lose to them.
Saya: (Enjoying…that was the scream, wasn't it?)
Saya: (…It's not working at all)
Saya: (If I don't do it soon, everyone will come back, but if I rush, it won't work)
Saya: (Let's read the explanation one more time and try again)
Saya: (I'm glad I somehow managed to build a fire…Now I just have to wait for everyone to return)
Saya: (…)
Saya: (…)
Saya: …They are not coming back. I hope they are okay.
Fushimi: Haa…Did I make it back?
Saya: Ah, Fushimi-kun, welcome back! You look very tired, are you okay…?
Fushimi: This guy chased me.
Saya: Eh!?
Saya: Wild boar!?
Fushimi: I killed it, so this will be food too.
Saya: It's huge! We can share it with everyone.
Fushimi: I also picked some nuts.
Saya: Wow! So many…!
Akiyama: That's amazing.
Saya: Akiyama-senpai! Thank you for your hard work. What is that you are holding in your hand…
Akiyama: While diving, I found some turban shells and got a lot of them.
Saya: Eh, turban shells!? You find it here?
Akiyama: I couldn't believe it either and had to double check. Let's grill and eat it later.
Akiyama: It's about time for the other members of the club to return, I think we should make more bonfires.
Saya: Yeah!
Saya: (They brought different kinds of food)
Saya: (It seems that Munakata-senpai was right when he said that we didn't need to worry about food)
Munakata: Looks like the harvest turned out to be good.
Saya: Munakata-senpai, please take a look! So many things!
Munakata: Excellent. We could live here for a week with all this.
Fushimi: No, it's would be hard, so please don't even joke about it.
Munakata: Is that so…What a pity.
Fushimi: So, what did the President bring?
Munakata: Ah, I've caught some fish. We have enough for everyone, so please grill these.
Saya: Okay. Understood!
Saya: Haa…It was delicious. I'm full.
Fushimi: The wild boar mean wasn't that bad.
Munakata: Well. Thank you all for your hard work today. I think each of you fulfilled the purpose of this training camp.
Munakata: Awashima-sensei, who was unable to attend due to a summer cold, has generously provided us with a tent.
Saya: (Awashima-sensei had a summer cold…It's a pity we couldn't have a training camp together)
Munakata: Please set them on your own and go to bed.

Short Stories from the Hakuouki Manyo no Shou Stellaworth Bonus Booklet (Part 4)
This is the translation of the last part of the Manyo Stellaworth Bonus Booklet! All three stories (Kazama, Iba, and Sakamoto's stories) take place in Edo Blossoms and may contain some mild spoilers, so be sure that you are okay with them to continue reading ;-) As always, the icons/banners come from the game's website.
Kazama's Story
"May the two of you find repose in this room" the innkeeper said graciously, and escorted us into the room. However, the moment we stepped through the door, both I and the young girl from the Yukimura family stood still in surprise. "…!" The two futons in the room were nestled side by side, a placement suggesting that the innkeeper might have mistaken us for a wedded couple. "As such, may you enjoy your stay." With impeccable manners, the innkeeper left the room. After the disastrous culmination of the Battle of Toba-Fushimi, we pursued the Shinsengumi back to the Eastern provinces. Since it was getting late, we decided to stay here for the night.
"Um, Mr. Kazama…" Calling my name, Yukimura Chizuru's face was not only red but her neck was also crimson. (Does she think I'm going to do something to her?) Back when we were still in Kyoto, I had made multiple raids on Shinsengumi's headquarters and clashed in conflict with their soldiers. While I could empathize with her insecurities about what I may do… "Don't worry. I'm not the type to lay my hands on a woman before she was wedded to me." "Truly?" The young girl from the Yukimura family cast an uncertain gaze at me. "Of course. I also made an agreement with the female Oni of Hachisuka, remember? Oni never breaks their promises." "Yes, I do remember…" Upon hearing my words, she finally seemed to let down her guards a little, and the tension in her shoulders relaxed. "But, I am a man of reason. If indeed, you find yourself wanting to marry me, I wouldn't rule out the possibility." After I added that, the young girl from the Yukimura family retreated and stood with her back against the wall. "N-No, I never promised anything like that!" With that, she tightly clutched the small dagger that she carried with her. I thought to myself, this was undoubtedly a young girl inclined to react excessively. (At first, I was only interested in her because she is a descendant of the Yukimura family of the oni clan in the Eastern provinces, but…) Gradually, I found myself attracted by her charm. Like how she would take each of my little pranks with earnest, how attentive she was to others' needs, and how she always seemed to intuitively comprehend the way things are.
"Um, Mr. Kazama?" "I won't lay a finger on you. If I break my word, you can use that little dagger of yours to kill me, or do as you please. But speaking of that, I won't make it easy for you to kill me." With that, I extinguished the light and lay down in the futon. Yukimura Chizuru seemed to hesitate for a moment, but before long, I felt her get into the futon too. Judging from the way she breathed, it seemed that she still had not completely let go of her vigilance. (That's okay. There's plenty of time. As long as she keeps on traveling with me, a day will come when she eventually falls in love with me. It's just a matter of time, so there's no need for haste.) While musing over these thoughts, I realized that the sound coming from the neighboring futon had gradually become the soothing breathing of deep slumber. (She still seems a bit guarded, but she must be really tired, too.) I recalled her nervous look from earlier and couldn't help but smile in amusement. (If this girl becomes my wife, life among the oni clan will certainly be anything but dull.) With these thoughts I closed my eyes, leaving the world to the realms of dreams.

Iba's Story
"My apologies. I heard that my servant's family has encountered an unfortunate circumstance, and it appears he must hastily return to his hometown," I said with regret as I arranged Chizuru's futon in my room. "It's… It's quite all right. There's nothing to be done about it," Chizuru replied. She had been lodging in my home in Edo for several days now. Just as we were beginning to grow accustomed to life here, the servant who had been looking after us decided to return to his hometown for a few days. Moreover, with Chizuru attracting the attention of many who might be chasing after her, I couldn't bear the thought of her sleeping alone. "I will place the futons. Please wait for a little over there," I said, intending to lay out her futon first. "Wait a moment, let me do it. In gratitude for Iba-san's hospitality, please allow me to do what I can." Chizuru replied. "You needn't trouble yourself…" "It's no trouble; please let me." With these words, Chizuru quickly began to lay out not only her futon but also mine. In the blink of an eye, the futons for the two of us were ready. (It's almost as if… We're a married couple.) As I looked at the two futons that were placed side by side, this idea involuntarily crossed my mind. I stole a glance at Chizuru, who was standing beside me. "…" It seemed that she was thinking along similar lines. Her cheeks gradually took on a rosy hue. "Let me guess what you're thinking right now," I said, inquiring. She shivered nervously. "No, I… I wasn't… I wasn't thinking of anything!" Though Chizuru responded otherwise, her adorable reactions were easy to read, always betraying her feelings. "Really? You don't feel like we look like a newly married couple?" I asked, half in jest. "…!" I had hit the mark. Even the tips of her ears were in blush. She bashfully lowered her head and hastily slipped under the covers. "How can you say that…! How could I ever match Iba-san if we were married…" She seemed to have managed to express this thought after some effort. "Is that so? But if you were truly my wife, I would be quite honored," I said. "…" I sensed her holding her breath beneath the covers. "I don't say such things lightly; I've always been sincere." After those words, I extinguished the lamp. The room immediately darkened, allowing us to feel each other's presence even more keenly. (I don't want to rush things… Will that day truly arrive? The day I take you as my wife…) With these thoughts in mind, I, too, pulled the covers over myself to sleep. ☄︎fin.☄︎
Sakamoto's Story
"Oh, this room looks gorgeous! Staying here, we would surely rest well. Chizuru?" "Y-Yes…" After the Battle of Toba-Fushimi, as we followed the trail of the Shinsengumi all the way to Edo, Chizuru and I traveled to the Eastern provinces, intending to spend the night at an inn along the way. If we couldn't reach the inn before nightfall, we would definitely end up spending the night outdoors. However, luck was on our side today. "By this time, it's likely that the pub is already closed. We can dine tomorrow. "Y-Yes, that sounds reasonable…" Chizuru's response was strained, and her expression was also rather awkward as she constantly avoided meeting my gaze. (Well, it can't be helped. It's the first time we've shared a room like this. I don't think this girl has ever been in a romantic relationship before.) "Rest assured, I have no interest in imprisoning a woman who doesn't desire my company. I won't lay a finger on you," I reassured her, though it seemed she was not entirely assured. "……In that case. Here, take this." I withdrew the pistol from my pocket and took hold of Chizuru's wrist, placing the firearm in her hand. "Ryoma-san, what is this for?" "In case something unpleasant happens, just use this to pierce my heart. It has silver bullets, right? Those can actually kill me." I said, but Chizuru turned pale at my words. "How can you say such things…!" Her expression also grew tense. "… Even if it's a joke, please don't say things like that. How could I ever harm Ryoma-san…" Indeed, I had taken my joke way too far, especially considering Chizuru had lost her important companions in the Battle of Toba-Fushimi. "I'm sorry; I was too thoughtless. I only wanted to put your mind at ease, but it seems I did just the opposite. "It's alright…" Chizuru quietly shook her head. Then, she picked up the pistol and handed it back to me. "Although you say that, I'd still prefer you to hold onto it. It might make you feel safer, after all." I said. "It's alright… I trust Ryoma-san, so please take this gun back, Ryoma-san." Seeing Chizuru looking directly at me, this time I was the one taken aback. "I'll go change into my nightgown." Chizuru said, and she was ready to leave the room. "No, I'll step out for a moment, and you can change your clothes here. Just let me know when you're done." "Oh…" I left Chizuru in the room and went out into the corridor. (Chizuru is as resolute as ever. Her straightforwardness only makes me like her even more.) Even though I was being led on by a girl much younger than me, it was a rather pleasant feeling. (Despite the numerous frustrations, as long as I'm with her, this journey seems like it'll be an enjoyable one.) I contemplated this as I waited for Chizuru to finish changing. ☄︎fin.☄︎

the farmer, the drawing and spring onions
Quitting his job was easy enough. Throwing everything away to follow his late grandfather's letter to a small town in the middle of nowhere, not so much.
It's been a couple weeks since Midori had moved into Stardew Valley. The old, abandoned farm was a piece of work, nothing like Midori remembered when his grandfather was still alive. Looking over the field, he could clearly recall his grandfather's figure, hunched over and hard at work among the season's harvest. After his retirement, and Midori's parents setting up shop by the city instead, the place eventually fell into disrepair. Instead of the carefully planted crops and lovingly cared for fields, in his view was a thick, overgrown forest, scattered boulders and logs, and an only growing invasion of weeds.
Trudging along the dirt path with the morning harvest, Midori made his way into the nearby town. Birdsong filled the air, the crunching of fallen leaves beneath his feet offering accompaniment. Upon arrival, a familiar voice called out to him.
"Midori-kun! Already hard at work this morning, huh?" Black hair with red streaks bounded towards him.
"Just the usual, Tetora-kun," Midori sighed, "I didn't think managing a farm on my own would be this much work..."
Between wrangling the ever-expanding weeds, tripping over rocks and fending off crows, he could only wonder how his grandfather had dealt with it all on his lonesome. An especially nasty one had nipped at his hands in a show of challenge. How gramps put up with this for decades remained a mystery to him.
His friend laughed, "Well, if you ever need any help, just give me a shout! I'm sure Shinobu-kun wouldn't mind lending a hand either."
The townsfolk were nice, and he had made a few friends already, like Tetora and his friend Shinobu. The saloon's bartender Morisawa had given him a hearty welcome despite Midori's protests, and his partner Shinkai was... rather eccentric, having beckoned Midori to the beach with a barely legible soaked note in the mailbox, only to appear out of the water to hand him a fishing rod and float away. He tried not to think much of it.
Parting with Tetora, Midori watched as his new friend raced away to the side of tall, slightly intimidating, muscular man. Must be the chief he's talked so much about, he thought.
Midori stopped by the bulletin board hanging outside the general store on a hunt for new requests. With the farm needing repair, money for buying new crops and setting aside any change for food, any extra funds would help. Whether its slaying slimes, mining copper pieces or fishing for sea cucumbers, he'll take them if it's within his ability.
The board was as crowded as usual, fresh papers stacked on top of the torn, weathered ones. Midori's eyes skimmed through the calendar, taking notes on the few upcoming birthdays of the various townspeople. Maybe he'll pick up a present or two if he had the time.
That was when a certain poster caught his eye.
Obscured by and tucked away behind several other fliers, a request for spring onions was put up, accompanied by a crudely drawn illustration. Shaky lines drawn haphazardly, a misshapen silhouette, and something curiously akin to a pair of eyes. One might have mistaken it for a sort of cursed talisman, it was almost as if some malevolent aura was emanating from it.
Horrendous as it may be to anyone else, Midori was awestruck at the masterpiece before him. Was it hand drawn? Who was responsible for such a work of art? How could anyone hide it away like that? He was brimming with curiosity. After a few moments of admiring the drawing, he turned his attention the the words below, where 'Please contact Fushimi Yuzuru' was handwritten in a neat font.
Midori couldn't recall meeting a Fushimi Yuzuru before. Maybe he missed someone while greeting the townsfolk? Pelican Town wasn't very big, but the possibility remains.
I'm sure I have some spring onions with me from yesterday... Midori rummaged through his bag, confirming as such, and proceeded to enter the store. Though, instead of the old geezer that usually manned the cash register, he was met with the sight of a dark blue-haired man, one who seemed not much older than him.
With his back turned towards the door, he had yet to acknowledge Midori's presence. He wore a gentle smile as he talked into the phone by his ear.
"...Yes, Young Master, I understand. Are you eating well? If I so much as catch word of you slacking on your studies, please bear in mind I won't hesitate to head there myself and whip you back into shape." A few audible protests spilled from the speaker as the man only chuckled. "Then, have a good day, Young Master. You know you can always give me a call. I know you weren't very thrilled by the rooming arrangements beginning this semester, but please do try your best to get along with Tsukasa-sama."
Having noticed Midori's arrival, the unknown cashier quickly ended the call and turned towards him with a polite smile.
"How may I help you?"
"Oh, um, I have some crops from my farm I wanted to sell..."
Midori quickly unloaded the contents of his bag, looking up for a moment at the young man as he priced his crops accordingly. Upon closer inspection, he found that his slightly messy blue hair, long eyelashes and the mole under his right eye were rather... attractive?
He said something about a young master... is he from some well off family? Assorted theories crossed Midori's mind. What would someone like that be doing out here in the middle of nowhere?
Midori snapped out of his thoughts once the young man spoke up.
"You must be the new farmer, I presume?"
"Ah, yes! It's Takamine Midori."
"Then, it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Takamine-sama." He handed Midori a sack of coins in exchange for his crops, once again with that perfect customer service smile of his.
Takamine-sama? "A-ah, same here..."
Midori turned to leave the store, before suddenly recalling the request for spring onions he had taken earlier. Whipping his head back to the sales counter, he asked, "Actually, before I go, do you know anyone who goes by Fushimi Yuzuru here?"
The cashier stared at him with slight surprise. "Yes, that would be me. Is there something you need from me?"
Midori's face quickly morphed into that of surprise, and then awe and excitement. He attempted to stutter some sort of reply, to no avail, before remembering his original goal. After a few moments of fumbling around his bag, Midori took out the spring onions and held them towards him.
"Um, I saw you were looking for these from the request you put up outside, and I just happened to have foraged some last night, so...!"
"Oh! Why, thank you very much."
Yuzuru inspected the the vegetables closely, brushing off dirt here and there, before returning to meet Midori's gaze with the brightest smile of the day. He took a handful of extra coins from his apron pocket, much more than what was initially promised on the poster.
"Do keep the change. I've left that request up for a few days now, and was beginning to doubt anyone would take it." A drop of sweat trickled by his face. "Perhaps adding the illustration wasn't the brightest idea..."
Midori's eyes widened.
"Wait, so... you really did draw it yourself?"
"Hm? Yes, why?"
He squeezed the poster a bit closer. Midori couldn't believe his ears. Here, right here in front of him, was the very genius whose undoubtedly skillful hands had drawn the most awe-inspiring piece he had ever laid his eyes on. A grin tugged at the corners of his mouth, any sign of his usual tired expression was now wiped away with the pure, unbridled excitement he displayed. By no means would he let the chance of a lifetime slip right past.
A few onions were knocked aside as Midori fervently reached across the counter. Taking Yuzuru's hands in his, not even the man's startled face could deter the sparkling eyes focused solely on him.
If there was anything Midori knew at that moment, it was that he'd want nothing more than get closer to the wonderful artist before him.
"Fushimi-san— no, Master Artist!"
"...Pardon?"

i feel like it gets glazed over in a lot of the fandom etc but the main 3 of homra are genuinely so well written imo
rewatching r:b makes me think abt how mikoto is geniunely emotionally smart the way he read yamata and his view on fushimi, then again with totsuka i just the way hes written and how you can see the different sides of him
idk i just thought it needed appreciation
To be honest when I first watched K I didn’t like Mikoto very much, I thought he was hard to read and just didn’t have a lot of interest in him. The side materials really helped though, I agree that he’s actually written very well as a character. I like that he’s such a contrast to Munakata, where Munakata saw being King as answering a question for Mikoto it was like equal parts blessing and curse — it both allowed him to protect the people he cares about and gave him a group of people who he wants to protect, but at the same time this power always puts them in danger and Mikoto has to dull himself to keep from losing control. He’s very focused on living freely and doing as he pleases, but it’s not like he’s unaware of the consequences either. One of the things I really like about the King and the Traitor short story (besides, like, all of it) is how when Fushimi berates him for being selfish Mikoto is just like ‘yup,’ like he kinda wanted someone to say that to him and he actually appreciated Fushimi being honest. And in general Mikoto caring about people — especially Fushimi — while looking like he doesn’t is great, in both the aforementioned short story and in LSW when he shows up after Hisui is defeated, I think it’s very clear to literally everyone but Fushimi that Mikoto cares about his well being. Mikoto puts on an image like this violent barbarian but he’s clearly very perceptive in his own way and does understand his people.
Totsuka I think tends to get flattened down by fandom some and it’s a shame because I love the duality of Totsuka. Like on the one hand he’s a tragic cinnamon roll who dies to start the story rolling, but he’s also someone with his own selfishness and flaws and he’s keenly aware of both how other people see him and his own feelings. He’s internalized the idea of himself as someone who ‘doesn’t hold onto anything’ and thinks that seeing Mikoto be King is the only thing he truly wants, and seems to treat it flippantly when Anna says he’ll die if he stays near Mikoto — but when he’s actually dying he regrets, and he’s upset, because he did truly want to stay with everyone. He can switch between being friends with everyone in Homra on equal footing and ‘seeming like he’s watching over them,’ he clearly tries to get Fushimi and Yata to understand each other and make up but he’s also very aware when he’s pushing Fushimi’s buttons and keeps doing it anyway. He can be friends with everyone but also cruel when he wants to be, and he thinks of himself as selfish because he wants Mikoto to be King more than Mikoto himself wants it. My favorite part of Totsuka is that he could have been this perfect innocent angel martyr but he’s actually a much more complex and interesting character than that.
And of course poor Kusanagi, with his dead friends. Honestly if there’s one complaint I have with the writing for the Homra trio it’s probably in Kusanagi, because he’s great but I don’t think the series follows through with him enough. I’ve complained before about Circle Vision giving the dreams to the wrong people, Homra’s dream should have 100% been Kusanagi’s and taken time to explore his grief, because I feel like the show at large glosses over it. Like that whole movie was everyone else being like ‘yeah so this is a dream’ and basically everyone except Sukuna and Kusanagi accept that. Kusanagi would normally be one to immediately notice it though, it’s just he clearly doesn’t want to because he wants his friends back. I love that Mikoto and Totsuka stay behind with him a bit and drink with him but I really wanted more of that, justice for Kusanagi. I like everything that they do with him before that, especially in Side Red where we get the first hints of it with Kusanagi and Shiotsu talking about ‘when your King crumbles what will you do.’ I think Kusanagi in particular has the hardest role in the trio, because Mikoto’s accepted he’ll likely die eventually due to being a King and I think Totsuka’s always assumed he’d die first, while Kusanagi is the one who really has to accept that he’s going to be the one to survive.
#k project#Talking K#I'm a S4 girl at heart but yes let' appreciate the Homra trio too#I do wish we'd gotten more follow through on Kusanagi tho#Totsuka I love that he's a cinnamon roll but also a little shit#I don't care for how he sometimes gets mischaracterized as too pure for this world damsel or whatever#he's precious but also terrible and that's why he's great#Mikoto also having so much more going on than grunting and being violent#well that's how Munakata sees him XD

Jun: Oh… Is this a whale shark? It’s my first time seeing one.
Even though it has a cute face, it’s pretty big and impressive, isn’t it~ It’s kinda awe-inspiring.
Kanata: Fufufu~ Because it’s a wild “creature”, it’s not just cute.
That is also part of the charm of the “creatures” of the sea, don't you think? ♪
Jun: Ooh~ I’m learning a lot.
Anyways, Shinkai-senpai is seriously managing an aquarium, huh?
I was shocked when I heard about it from Ohii-san. Aside from Ibara, there are a lot of other idols who are business owners too~? It's like you guys are from a different world, y’know?
Thanks to you, I could come here to prepare for the aquarium location shoot. …Thank you for this opportunity.
Kanata: No, no~ It makes me happy that Jun has taken an “interest” in the “aquarium” ♪
Besides, I have “business”, so I had a reason to come here. It worked out.
I was surprised—even though you are called “Sazanami” (1), you have never been to the “aquarium”. But now, you know more about it, right?
Jun: Definitely. I’m grateful to have Shinkai-senpai acting as my guide. I was able to learn about all the sea creatures from start ‘til end~♪
Next time, please let me return the favor somehow. I’m used to doing stuff for Ohii-san every day, so if you ever need help with anything, I can lend a hand if I’m around.
Kanata: Jun, you are a “humble, kind” boy, aren’t you~?

…Is this okay, Shinkai-senpai?
Kanata: My “eyes” did not deceive me. As expected of someone named “Sazanami”, you are a child of the sea… ♪
Jun: Hm~ I’m a guy wearing an octopus headband… Feels kinda weird.
Uwah. Seeing my reflection in the glass is even more embarrassing! …Can I take it off now?

Kaoru: Uh huh. It suits you, what a shame indeed~
Yuzuru: So this is the long-awaited aquarium. Shall we take a commemorative photo?
Jun: Uwah!? How long have you been watching!?
Yuzuru: We have been here since Sazanami-sama enthusiastically put on the octopus headband.
Jun: There’s no way you'd count that as enthusiastic!?
Kaoru: Huh~? That’s what it looked like to me, though?
…Nah. Just kidding, just kidding ♪ We came here to look for Kanata-kun, actually.
Yuzuru: I attempted to make an appointment with Shinkai-sama, but heard nothing back. Since my phone call didn’t go through, I asked his roommate, Hiyori-sama, to tell me where he was.
Jun: Ohii-san… Even though I told him not to come, he still has some nerve to send someone I know here, huh~
Kaoru: Fufu, we were asking about Kanata-kun’s whereabouts though, not Sazanami-kun’s~? So I think he kept his word, didn’t he?
Anyway, Kanata-kun, Fushimi-kun seems to have a lot of questions for you, so would it be okay for you to talk to him?
Kanata: Hmhm. I just checked my “smartphone”.
Yuzuru wants to learn about the “management” of the “Aoumi Aquarium”, right?
It’s not that I can’t teach you… But, I do have a separate “matter” to deal with first, so could you give me a “moment”...?
The truth is, the reason I came to “Aoumi Aquarium” was to do an “investigation”.
Does anyone know anything about the “Mendako alien” that’s been appearing in the dorms?
Yuzuru & Kaoru: Mendako alien…?
Translation Notes: 1. Jun’s last name is 漣 which means “ripple (on water).” 2. Mendako (メンダコ) is Japanese for the flapjack octopus, which I will keep untranslated for the sake of better dialogue flow.

"K – LETTER STORY"
BLUE: "THE TESTAMENT OF REISI MUNAKATA"
Translation: Naru-kun Raws: Ridia
Enomoto discovered the corrupt file in a corner of the cloud while working to restore the system that had been trampled by "Jungle". Because the virus spread by "Jungle" remained a minefield on the public and private network, it was necessary for "Scepter 4" to shut down the network, re-clean the directory, and completely destroy any suspicious files there.
After carefully isolating the corrupted file and restoring it, it turned out to be a video file. When he checked the file's path, he discovered that it had been uploaded from Seiun's bedroom.
"Fushimi-san. What is this?"
"Eh?"
Fushimi approached Enomoto's seat.
"I'll try to reproduce it."
Unusually, Munakata was shown wearing casual civilian clothing, rather than a uniform or kimono. He shows him sitting at his desk in his room in Seiun's dormitory from the front. The date and time are just after his dismissal as director of the fourth legislative office.
Munakata, who was sitting at his desk with his fingers intertwined, opened his mouth.
[I leave you this letter on video in case I don't come back.]
Without saying a word, Fushimi placed a hand on the side of Enomoto's PC and leaned in to look at the screen. Enomoto stepped back a little and gave the place to Fushimi.
[A separate notarial document on the inheritance of private property has been preserved. I am a mediocre official, so I don't leave much wealth.]
Munakata had a mocking smile on his face that he couldn't read, whether he was serious or joking.
"Fushimi-san, this is..."
"It's the boss's will."
Enomoto swallowed at what Fushimi said with an emotionless face. Neither of them asked to stop watching, but they continued.
[The fact that there are people watching this letter on video means that I did not return. Did they accomplish what they were supposed to do or did they fail and allow the world to fall into chaos? In the latter case, all members withdrew, disbanded, returned to private life, and became normal individuals. This will be my last order.
Even if it is the former, I hope that social order is maintained even if I am absent. In fact, it can be said that the reason for being of "Scepter 4" has become ingrained in the social system even though I am no longer needed as an individual.
Awashima-kun, I trust that you will handle the official consequences without omissions. I'm sorry I didn't tell you anything. I will take Zenjo-san and Fushimi-kun with me. I needed someone to take care of the rest and I couldn't think about you. I'm sure you have many things to tell me.]
Munakata hit Awashima's "what he meant" with a single punch. He felt dizzy as he looked at Munakata's blurry face with red and swollen cheeks.
[Also, I should explain to you about Fushimi-kun here. I think he will survive because I take measures to bring him back alive, but I don't think he is the type to explain himself.]
Even after the incident, Munakata verbally explained the fact that Fushimi was infiltrated into "Jungle". If Munakata hadn't returned alive, everyone would surely have had a misunderstanding.
"I'm glad you're safe... Both the boss and Fushimi-san."
Feeling relieved once again, Enomoto murmured in a wet voice. Fushimi snorted.
"That was a boring suicide note. I thought he would say something about his personal life that he would never say if he were still alive, but being a "public figure" is what makes him a real person."
Perhaps it was Enomoto's desire to say something that seemed like a curse to hide his embarrassment. As Fushimi looked away from the screen and was about to get up from his seat, Munakata in the video continued.
[In other words, I would like to say that the discussion with Fushimi-kun that day was also scripted, but you said it quite well, Fushimi-kun. Was I defeated by Otori Seigo? What do you mean by not saying anything? You use interesting vocabulary. Completely beaten? Hoho... Do I want to become Otori Seigo?]
Munakata rested his chin on his intertwined fingers and smiled.
Fushimi clicked his tongue vigorously.
"Don't take it seriously. You said much more."
"Wasn't there a script for that?"
"Hey, I was just following orders to infiltrate "Jungle" by any means necessary in case the Christmas operation failed."
"Hehe. This is a communication between Fushimi-kun and me."
Enomoto suddenly heard a voice behind him and jumped into his chair. Fushimi looked back indifferently.
Munakata was standing there, again wearing the fourth section chief's uniform, which was different from the one in the video.
"Sorry, I found a file while I was working."
"I'm going to delete it. It's no longer needed, so I'll delete it completely without a trace."
While Enomoto was quick to make excuses, Fushimi said calmly and without hesitation.
"Yes. Please delete it. It is no longer necessary."
Munakata nodded and smiled with some satisfaction. Enomoto thought it was a little strange that he had gone to the trouble of repeating his intention, but he said goodbye to Munakata as he left the station and said, "Thank you for your hard work.". His beautiful, broad blue back disappeared into the hallway.
If he were a private citizen and asked to protect what was most important to him, he thought about what he would have protected. Well, he doesn't have a girlfriend, so his family at home, his hobby collection, etc... No. He thinks he stayed back and did the best he could, even in a small way, to maintain order and protect the others citizens who had fallen into chaos. In fact, all his colleagues in the Special Forces did it as a matter of course.
Even in Munakata's absence, they would create an orderly, common-sense society in which each person acted to protect "what is most important to each person" based on his own judgment.
It has been proven that Munakata's soul was already incorporated into the BIOS of the basic system running "Scepter 4".
Enomoto deleted Munakata's will, which was no longer necessary.

Fushimi Omi
Falls First: You
Falls Harder: Omi
Omi always noticed you, a photographer could not simply ignore a work of art like that, but it does take time for his feelings to grow. He wants a genuine friendship with no pretenses, no expectations, just two adults who enjoyed each other’s company. And yet when he does fall it’s like jumping off a cliff and belly-flopping into the water below. It was an inelegant descent with a lot of emotional fumbling, some denial of the situation at hand, but some things were just inevitable. Once he took that leap and realized there was nothing to fear, the sting would wear off and make way for an Omi who was much willing to take chances.
Izumida Azami
Falls First: You
Falls Harder: Azami
Azami does not think of romance much. You can tell when he shies away from a simple, friendly hug it’ll be an uphill battle to win him over (but it would be well worth the fight). Respecting his boundaries but making your interest in him known would catch his attention, but don’t push too hard as even his heart has its limits. A certified tough guy and your self-assigned protector, he lets you get closer to him than most. He might make you go through a slow-moving courting process but it doesn’t mean his heart doesn’t beat for you, or that he wasn’t haunted by dreams of how perfectly your hand would fit in his.
Nanao Taichi
Falls First: Taichi
Falls Harder: Taichi
Taichi has always been very unapologetic about being your number one fan, and it’s been clear that he had a major crush on you from the start. It takes time for you to judge the sincerity of his actions but you also enjoy the ride, as Taichi was an incredibly fun and easy person to get along with. Whether you’re just a fleeting fancy or his one true love like his diary states, you never regretted a moment that you spent with him. He’s ready to worship the ground you walked on for the rest of his life if it would prove to you that he’ll never stray; a loyal puppy who only has eyes for you.
Tsukioka Tsumugi
Falls First: You
Falls Harder: You
Tsumugi is not a very romantically aware man, at least not in reality; you’ve never seen someone so capable of emulating a person in love without realizing there’s someone enamored with him right before his eyes. It would take him some time to notice you, and even more before he considered you as romantic partner potential. Even after recognizing your feelings and acknowledging his own Tsumugi walks a tightrope of indecision. Your relationship is invaluable to him so it’s not as if he’ll set you aside, it’s simply that you’ll have to learn to live with a theatre addict. Still, to even tear his eyes from the stage for a moment is a feat to be proud of.
Yukishiro Azuma
Falls First: Azuma
Falls Harder: You
Azuma felt your connection from the very moment you meant, like two lovers who had been fated to meet by the stars. He was entirely unashamed to say that he had fallen for you first. Luckily he had waited for you to stumble into his life long enough that he had practiced patience, waiting for you to come to him before he dazzled you with his charm. He has you on a course to an abrupt crash landing directly into his arms, blinded by his charms, unable to pinpoint when you had fallen just knowing there was no place more comfortable than by his side.
