I hate callout posts and the culture surrounding them so much it’s despicable lmao. I hadn’t seen one in a long while but sometimes you still stumble across things. And it does upset me. The format can be useful under very specific circumstances (ie documenting a scam) but otherwise it’s just. No forgiveness no room for nuance or mistakes Sorry you’re not a person anymore you’re just a topic , and one people have a moral imperative to take a stance against. I hope people doing these also grow up and realize how fucked up it is but the damage is still done.
