turns out i'll have to emulate on my main laptop because one of the applications I want to use on my old laptop isn't compatible with an old version of windows :/

#the application is ds4windows and its required to have a windows 9 or higher to use so... :/#<- highly recommend using ds4windows if you want to use a controller when emulating games!!#shallow rambles #on the flip side i am close to playing mugen properly just need to add a few more things + fix #a few code errors thats all
