Rossion Q1R (1 of 3).Ā
This 2018 Rossion Q1R is said to be one of three produced in Riviera Beach, Florida, and the only example finished in bare carbon fiber. As the track version of the roadgoing Q1, the car is fitted with a full roll cage, Sparco racing seats, and OMP 5-point harnesses. The body and underlying structure are composed of a carbon fiber composite, here left unpainted and accented with touches of bright red. The turbocharged Ford 2.0L Ecoboost four Ā make 287 horsepower and is linked to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox. The engine compartment features an air-to-water intercooler, oil accumulator, and fuel cell.The front clip is removable for access to the cooling and hydraulic systems. Double-adjustable Koni coilovers are fitted with H&R springs.

The direct descendant of cars such as the Miura Jota and Diablo GTR, the Essenza SCV12 is fitted with the most powerful V12 naturally aspirated engine ever developed by Lamborghini, combined with aerodynamics inspired by racing prototypes and new technical solutions designed for the ultimate driving experience.

Born for the track
The Essenza SCV12 was created for exclusive track use, with engineering solutions derived from racing. The V12 engine is able to deliver over 830 hp, with a significant power uplift from the RAM effect at high speeds. The exhaust pipes were designed by Capristo to reduce the back pressure, improving performance and emphasizing the unique sound of the engine. The power is handled by a new X-trac sequential six-speed gearbox as a structural element within the chassis, combined with rear-wheel drive to ensure compactness, structural continuity, and greater torsional stiffness.
The Essenza SCV12 features an exceptional power-to-weight ratio of 1.66 hp/kg thanks to the new-generation carbon fiber monocoque chassis without internal roll cage. The Essenza SCV12 is also the first GT car developed to respect FIA prototype safety rules.
To ensure maximum agility and stability on even the most demanding tracks, kinematic solutions inspired by racing prototypes have been adopted, such as the push-rod rear suspension installed directly on the gearbox. The panorama is completed by specific slick Pirelli tires mounted on magnesium rims (19ā front, 20ā rear), which frame the brake discs and calipers developed by Brembo Motorsport.
Aerodynamics
The aerodynamics benefit from Lamborghini Squadra Corseās GT racing experience to ensure a level of efficiency and higher downforce levels than a GT3 car, with a value of 1,200 kg at 250 km/h.
The front hood has a double air intake with a central rib, typical of the HuracĆ”n racing cars, which separates the hot airflow coming from the radiator and conveys the cold air to the airscoop located on the roof. The front features a splitter and two lateral elements; on the sides, the flows for engine and gearbox cooling have been optimized through the use of vertical fins situated on the side sills. Design
The design of the Essenza SCV12 is the result of the creative work by Lamborghini Centro Stile, which has designed all racing cars produced by Lamborghini since Squadra Corse was established. The essential nature of the car is underscored by the structure of the bodywork, formed by only three elements to enable quick replacement when necessary during pit stops. The exclusive Verde Silvans, Grigio Linx, Nero Aldebaran Gloss and Arancio California launch livery displays the trademark logos of long-standing Lamborghini Squadra Corse partners, Pertamina, Pirelli and Roger Dubuis.
The sleek yet taut and dynamic lines combine the appeal of 1970s prototypes and elements typical of Lamborghiniās DNA, like the hexagonal geometry that characterizes the front headlights, and the roof airscoop and air vents that frame the steering wheel. There is also the unmistakable āYā, the stylistic feature repeated on the livery and in the cockpit, where each element represents the best compromise between lightweight, functionality and design. In fact, the instrument panel and dashboard are supported by an asymmetrical carbon āYā, a load-bearing and stylistic element that frames the cockpit, designed to put the driver at the center of an absolute driving experience.
The design of the multi-function steering wheel with display was inspired by F1 single-seater steering wheels to offer the best ergonomics and a perfect feel, without the driver needing remove their hands from the rim with its futuristic yet rational design. The specific FIA homologated OMP seat with carbon shell embraces the driver to ensure comfort, safety and stability.
Driving experience
Essenza SCV12 customers will become part of an exclusive club that will give them access to special programs to drive their hypercar on the most prestigious circuits in the world. The program includes storage service in a new hangar built in SantāAgata Bolognese for the Essenza SCV12 club. Each car will have a personalized garage and dedicated services, including webcams to allow customers to monitor their cars 24 hours a day using an app. The facility also houses the āLamborghini Squadra Corse Drivers Labā by Tecnobody to offer athletic training programs similar to those followed by the official Lamborghini racing drivers.
The track calendar will start in 2021 with āarrive and driveā events held at numerous FIA Grade 1 homologated circuits. Assistance will be provided by the Squadra Corse technical staff with the support of Emanuele Pirro, five-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and an excellent tutor for the customer-drivers; and Marco Mapelli, Lamborghini Squadra Corse Factory Driver.

Installing OMP seats into the Seat Ibiza without vehicle-specific frames. What are your thoughts? We found this video from CarGuyLife who's adapted the original seat sliders to take the OMP seats. Aston Martin DB2/4 Carrera Panamericana Race Car
This Aston Martin DB2/4 has been modified to compete in vintage motorsport, specifically the famous 2,000 mile Carrera Panamericana, it also set a new DB2 lap record at the Lime Rock Park circuit in Connecticut.
The Aston Martin DB2/4 was somewhat based on the DB2 that had come before it, the styling of the body had been penned by 17 year old draftsman John Turner.
The car was originally powered by the Lagonda DOHC straight-six engine with a 2.6 liter displacement and 125 hp, this was upgraded to 2.9 liters and 140 hp in later Drophead versions of the model.The DB2/4 was a genuine 120 mph car, an impressive speed for the era, and thanks to its luxuriously appointed interior it was one of the finest grand touring cars available anywhere in the world.
Over the course of the 1953 to 1957 production run Aston would build 764 examples of the DB2/4 over two generations ā Mark I and Mark II. There would also be Fixedhead coupes and Drophead convertibles offered, with a small number of coachbuilt cars created by the likes of Bertone and Vignale.
The car you see here has been comprehensively rebuilt for vintage racing, it competed in the 1992 Carrera Panamericana rally where it finished fifth out of a field of dozens of cars.
During the rebuild the car was given an uprated Vantage-specification DBA engine built by Steel Wings, with forged alloy pistons, Carillo connecting rods, triple-Weber carburetors, and custom headers.
The chassis was reinforced with braced front suspension spring towers, tougher pickup points and uprated drivetrain mountings. The suspension retained its original design, it was given a more robust anti-roll bar, uprated dampers, additional negative camber, reinforced rear trailing arms and uprated bushes.
Inside the car youāll find a full roll cage, OMP seats, Schroth six-point harnesses, and it has a single-panel alloy dashboard with lightweight instrumentation and heater delete.

Hestiaās Hecateās family counseling Session 5
Hecate: Good afternoon fellas. Thanks in no small part to you the trinity of mishaps Hestia has had to seek her own mental health treatment. Congratulations boys, you have moved up to the big leagues.
Hades: Wait...you actually are a therapist?
Hecate smirks leaning back in her seat lacing her fingers behind her head.
Hecate: Of a sort. Consider it a side job but like I said this is the big leagues now so the kid gloves are off. Now than let us begin. First though letās be clear I will not be referring to you as OMP.
Poseidon: What? Why not! Hestia did!
Hecate: Yes she did and see where that got her?
Zeus: TouchĆ©, it will be okay Poseidon. Go ahead Hecate letās just get this over with as I am sure we all have better things to be doing.
Poseidon pouts muttering that it isnāt fair as Zeus pats his back to comfort him .
Hades could feel himself starting to nervous sweat knowing all to well the temper Hecate possessed. Please donāt let Zeus wake the dragon.
Hecate: Alright lets start with something simple but basic... trust. Zeus since you are so ready to roll you are up first. On a scale of 1 being low and 10 being the highest how much do you trust Hades and Poseidon. Rank them individually.
Zeus: That is easy 10 they are my ride and die crew.
Poseidon smiles cheesily highfiving Zeus .
Hecate: Impressive, so trusting them as much as you do you could easily allow one of them to wear the crown so to speak.
Zeus: Wait What? No of course not?
Hecate: Why ? I thought you trusted them completely?
Zeus stands leaning over Hecate in an unconscious intimidation move as the volume of his voice rises.
Zeus: It is mine to rule, to keep, and I say what happens PERIOD.
A small crack appears in the all at Zeusās outburst but Hecate is unfazed
Hecate: Oh sit down Zeus before your temper brings the roof down around us. Sharing is obviously an issue for you. I am betting all of those years of being the only child probably didnāt help.
Zeus sits but it is obvious by how tightly his hands are gripping his crossed arms he is hardly calmed.
Hecate: Poseidon your turn. I assume you are voting ten.
He nods his head slowly keeping a wary eye on Zeus.
Hecate: Of course, so where does that trust end with you?
Poseidon: Mermaids...Zeus knows they are angels of the sea b...b..but
Hecate laces her fingers beneath her chin her eyes glowing with her interest.
Poseidon: He took away my favorite! He always steals my favorite things It isnāt fair!
Poseidonāās eyes widen at his loud outburst his fins popping in alarm
Poseidon: Are you a sea witch ?! I didnāt mean that Zeus you are my bro I am so not jealous.
Hecate: Zeus what do you have to say to this? It seems Poseidon seems to think you are pretty self serving and someone worthy of jealousy.
Zeus shrugs looking Poseidon in the eyes
Zeus: You canāt take what doesnāt want to be taken.
Poseidon gasps as if he has been slapped.
Poseidon: Why I ... take that back!
Hecate clears her throat loudly
Hecate: Simmer down you two the party has only just begun. Hades it is your turn.
Hades: Fine ... they are my family I care for them but I do not trust them.
Hades voice begins to rise with his emotions his eyes turning red as he lets down his barriers
Hades: From the start they have only been concerned with their own happiness. How convenient that the brother who loves the spotlight and the one that loves the sea manage to draw the lots they did and I ,ever the pushover ever the last thought, get to lord over the underworld and be the eternal babysitter to our murderous kin. Never do they care to pay a visit and see what I have made of my kingdom. It is always about their kingdoms, their accomplishments their wives and mistresses!
Zeus and Poseidon both are shocked at the raw hurt and resentment of Hades words the only sound in the room being Hades heavy breathing following the tirade and a slow steady clap from Hecate
Hecate:Very good Hades ! Glad to see you are learning to speak up and voice your real feelings. I see progress for you yet ! With that I think we shall call it a day. I prefer to allow my clients to stew on knowledge gained and make their own decisions. It is after all what one would do without a therapist.
Hades is up like a flash ,a blush or shame staining his cheeks from his out of character outburst , and out the door. Poseidon looks torn looking between a stoic Zeus and the retreating Hades but finally jumps up to follow Hades calling after him.
Poseidon: Hades wait up! Let me buy you a beer man! Aww come on stop walking so fast. it isnāt fair your legs are longer!
Alone in the room with Zeus Hecate begins to gather her things while Zeus watches her with rising suspicion
Zeus: What are you up to ? Trying to rip our relationships a part?
Hecate faces Zeus having finished gathering her things in her bag
Hecate: Maybe but not for the paranoid reasons you think. The three of you are like a bone that was broken and healed wrong. Sure it works but there is pain and it doesnāt work as well as it could. The only fix is to break it again and let it heal back right.
She heads to the door stopping to look back at the still seated Zeus.
Hecate: Try to have an open mind for once in your life Zeus. It canāt always be what you want despite what your ego might think.
With that last word she flips the switch to the room off and leaves Zeus sitting in the dark with his own thoughts.
