i have finally finished my only 12% and if you saw me curled up crying on the floor no you didn't. some of the choices made in the show were so absolutely phenomenal i just have to talk about them (no matter how incoherent i may be)

i loved that the storytelling wasn't rushed. like desis like to say, itmenaan se batao, tell it with patience! it's very easy to make the show dragged out, especially when it's a slowburn romance, but i was still at the edge of my seat all the time! (except maybe last 2 eps but that says more about me than the show lol, if i start to rant about the father I'll never really stop)

in continuation of the above point, the choice to let the scenes linger a little bit longer after the plot point/conversation was over was so good! for example, literally every scene with the friends doing their basic kids nonsense! (bestest friend groups really <3)

that terrifying Eminem poster that gave me a jump scare everytime it was in shot ☠️ also the fleabag poster for some reason, in a show set in late 2000s/early 2010s!!! (i.e. make a show so good that even bizzare mistakes seem negligible)

speaking of the show's setting, oh such a core memory to see MSN, the flip phones, skype, that box windows computer, adding relationship statuses on Facebook, peak 2012. (im a sucker for nostalgia!)

i don't think i have to talk about how beautifully written CakeEiw's friendship was! them cuddling to sleep and Cake just spreading his arms for 'HUG! 😁', yeah. adorable

Eiw's discovery of his sexuality (with Love of Siam) and Hom being so supportive of him! im so glad Eiw had such a supportive family and friends! no matter how much of an 'other' Eiw felt like, no one near & dear to him let him feel like that and its SO important (snickering at the fact that Earth is older than Prem).

the entire America plot, omg, bawling. who hasn't had that friend who moved away, or who hasn't been the one to move away at some point? it was so well done, and all the scenes between CakeEiw post Cake telling Eiw that he's moving had such a bittersweetness to it, especially on the last day when they're promising each other sweet nothings! (kudos to the actors!)

Eiw saying that he's sad that he discovered his love for Cake but now he has to move away? KNIFE IN MY HEART! Eiw sniff kissing Cake and Cake coming back from the car to hug Eiw even tighter? NO PAIN

the letter/email style story telling in ep9 🤌 i love that they didn't go for the "they grew apart in the 3 years" or "one of them isn't replying" etc etc tropes because not only i don't like them but also it would be so out of character for them! and correct use of emerging tech!

love the confidence and the glow up for Eiw! he joined so many activities, making new friends, becoming part of the drama club, dresses like a fkn model, also got his hair dyed, GOOD FOR HIM

Cake in Blonde™! Him immediately begging his mum to let him see Eiw after getting back (in the middle of the night!). him crying and wiping his tears when Eiw hugged him at the bus stop. he's everything to me. Eiw repeating Cake's name on repeat and asking him to always respond? 😭

the enitre subplot of Pu & Tal wanting to be with Eiw was so funny to me skskskskks because have they seen CakeEiw together? one could be with their partners but would still feel like a third wheel in front of them. (and that's BEOFRE they officially got together) INSUFFERABLE

oh the post-show CakeEiw fight, & Eiw saying "Have you ever had to be the one who waits?" holt saying PAIN.gif. that entire confrontation/confession was so intense that i understand the choice to spread it out in between two episodes. and finally Cake saying "then i will be gay with you" had me laughing in the middle of all these tears he's such a best boy i love him dearly. (i was lowkey scared of the 'im not gay i just like you' making a comeback lol)

CakeEiw's relationship being written just as good (if not better) than their friendship!!!! the scene with "i love everything about you"? crying screaming shaking. Cake being basically a puppy? love that for Eiw

Omg idk if you use Twitter but I needed to quickly rant and you also have an interesting perspective on the aspects of the fandom that people usually avoid talking about. So I went on Twitter and saw that someone had made a tweet about how people need to realise that hating on a cc (they were talking about BBH just didn’t name him) is pointless because they’re going to be with your faves on new years hanging out etc etc the tweet was whatever and as usual people were fighting in the comments and qrts as they do then suddenly Lore (Cellbits gf) decided to comment and now it’s an even bigger thing and she was talking about how everyone (in the fandom not the ccs) tries to make everything a big event and that the cc being spoken about in the tweet isn’t even going to be there because a lot of them are spending the holidays with their families etc and her response is not a bad take at all I understand what she’s saying but by replying the whole thing has become an even bigger argument. I need ccs and ccs adjacent people such as their partners to stop adding fuel to the fire by directly responding to tweets that don’t need to be replied to in these issues because now you’ve got one side being like “See she hates him too and he’s not even going to be there speak your truth queen yeah!!” And then the other side is like “wow imagine airing out the friendships between people online and she’s inviting hate towards him etc etc” and it’s just so ugh… what was the need for this to become a bigger issue. If the tweet was like directly talking shit about her or Cellbit I’d he like yeah ofc she replied why shouldn’t she? but this didn’t directly impact her at all?? And I’m not someone to hate on Lore I think she’s wonderful but this was just so unneeded and has now created an even bigger issue that was just between the fandom has now involved ccs/people related the ccs for no reason

I understand Lore's sentiment, but the twitter fandom is too annoying and it went completely over their head what she meant. Or rather, they just twisted it for their narratives.

I'm also someone who's not very keen on ccBad either after the Dream situation, but just because you think in a way, it doesn't mean everyone does. And I see a lot of people make up stuff about this situation, like the eggs admins hating him too (like Richas or Leo) so even though Lore is just a normal girl who dates a popular streamer, that's enough for most people to take her opinion and create a huge drama over it. So in my opinion, she should have avoided talking about this mostly for her own sake. Especially when it's just a very annoying, but small, part of the fandom discussing this drama. I know her intentions were different, but the fandom won't care. It's always been like this.

Regardless I hope that's the type of drama that sticks on Twitter and doesn't affect anything else. They know way more than we do, they actually know and talk with each other, we're just watchers from afar we don't know anything about them as much people like to think they do. They're all adults capable of talking with each other and we should respect that instead of meddling about what friends they have or don't.

What kind of movies are you drawn to?  Dramas and biopics. I used to like romantic comedies but they don't make them like they used to anymore.

When was the last time you were in any amount of pain?  Tuesday was unbearable. My entire body was sore and it was the kind of strain that Katinko couldn't fix. There wasn't any one comfortable position I could've put myself in, and there was no other option but to sleep it off just so I'd stop feeling everything at once.

What’s something that has made you realize just how much you care and love someone else?  I accepted them for everything that they were. Their hobbies and interests were pretty unconventional for people our age at the time, so it was always hard for them to even talk about those things out loud, but I always spurred them to share so that I could listen.

They also had their own internal problems, like hating the way they looked and judging their tendencies, but it had always been the easiest thing in the world for me to work around those issues with them. In those days I realized I never would've been as attentive to anyone else regarding these things, so that's when it dawned on me that I'd go ridiculous lengths for this person.

Long post incoming

Some thoughts I had while watching ep4 of the Uncanny Counter season 1 (in a bulleted list):

• Man I've heard stories on how brutal bullies are in Korea, while I guess this particular "ganging up on 1 guy" isn't exclusive to Korea, the prevalence of bullying in kdramas is quite abundant.

• Cool fight sequence, all in first person. Could it perhaps be meant to indicate Wi-Gen's lack of control and seeing things from his perspective? It's cool, but is that all there is? I mean, is it there to just be a cool and unusual sequence, or is it symbolism? I remember that old Doom movie has a similar sequence, but that was to mimic and give homage to the video game it adapted. If it was to showcase Mun's rage, I kinda fail to see it. Yes, it is a brutal beat-up, but there's not enough visually showing it in the cinematography. There's a blur effect, but maybe they should've made it more pronounced like a tunnel vision or made him see red (literally)?

• And like I suspected, So Mun's power is to create a "territory". Just what was needed, seeing that his predecessor died because it disappeared.

• Of course, the rich parents come in and will not accept that their children should be punished. As if they're literally a "better man" than their "poor" peers. And Sugar Daddy comes to save the day again!

• "I bet you don't have a trillion won in your bank!

• Justice for all victims of bullies!

• That bully, the mayor's son, will definitely become possessed by a wandering soul. Or maaaaybe he will get powers from like a counter-like group but evil? He has too much screen-time by now that he will for sure play a bigger role as our boy's rival.

• The police are corrupt, the mayor and possibly others are corrupt. We do get the good cop woman, who faces obstacles at every turn.

• The plot regarding Mo-Tak's (attempted) murder and So Mun's parents' death is intriguing, and they were definitely involved with something. But what could that be? Has it to do with the counters? Or is it a plot separate from the main plot (although, since it's currently the only plot, I find that implausible)

• Hahah, Mo-Tak's face when finding out him and the girl cop were together once.

• "I can't lose the counter job. Wi-Gen promised I'd meet my parents if I did good as a counter" - boy, 🤦‍♀️ you violated one of their rules, that "if" is no longer in play..... you did not do good, lmao.

• Hahahah everyone just fainting by transferring to the other side. But man, Chu Mae Ok mvp: "Don't mess with my baby!" Paraphrasing, but YES!

• Hahaha, Mo-Tak doing a superhero landing on their table 🤣 😂

• Netflix should really fix the subtitles. Sometimes they are late to show up and then, they disappear in a flash to make room for the next sentence... if the show had been in Japanese I might have been able to understand some of what they're saying, but Korean is beyond me except for certain words, so I'm afraid I'm missing out on key info sometimes.

• Wait wait wait. Omg really. So the mayor or whoever is in a sauna? Looks like one. I was wondering why the fuck they still look so wet? Like even if you immediately get into it after a shower your skin dries in like a minute or two. But these guys are still dripping. (Pls excuse the literal screenshots)

• Lmao they really be doing sauna in 43 degrees Celsius?? You mofos are weak af. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. My parents have a sauna in their house, and we never use it under 75 degrees, and that is low by our standards. My dad goes up to 90 degrees at times!

you know how dc keeps forcing this sudden "we're a family" narrative out of nowhere? I'd love batfam content but years of hurt among them make the recent content seem unearned.

bc you know more about dick and jason than the others, how do you think they would realistically become family to each other, or would it even be in character for them to be the "bros" they're written as now?

Oh anon, this question is amazing, I love it! I saw it when I woke up and since then my brain has been brewing this answer, I was thinking about it as I brushed my teeth and as I was making breakfast, and now I am ready to give you the answer, I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed thinking/writing about it!

DC keeps forcing the wrong relationships, and they keep forcing the wrong centre of this supposed family, they make it out to be the Bat-Family when in reality the Bat (Bruce) should have never been invited to this party.

This is why I give you the… Dick-Family!

Oh yeah baby, I am going there. Dick is the centre of this “family”, he is the guy who is actually connected with everyone, he has been around for so long and he has been present when almost all of the remaining characters were introduced! Bruce might have come first but that guy has nothing on Dick Grayson.

Dick has cared and loved for everyone in this family in a true and beautiful way, no matter how much fanon and DC try to tell us otherwise. This man was an amazing son to Bruce and Alfred (my love for Alfred and Dick is brought to you by @hood-ex), a fantastic brother to Jason, Tim and Cass as well as a phenomenal father/older brother to Damian.

Dick Grayson is the centre of this whole thing, and thanks to DC now being an Omniverse I will be able to explain my line of thoughts. But first let me clear some ideas up.

The way I see it Jason would only get along good enough with Dick. I am not here for Jason and Tim having brunch together (honestly, Lobdell, what were you thinking), Jason never cared for Tim, and then writers that didn’t know how the Red Hood worked made him try to kill Tim so, to me, that relationship is non-existent, Jason doesn’t really perceive Tim (yet).

Jason and Damian, listen, I know that there is this fanon theory that Jason knew and cared for Damian while he was in the League, but that is just fanon talk and it doesn’t really fit in canon either. Jason wasn’t really capable of doing much other than fight, and after he was put in the Lazarus Pit he either had to leave because Ra’s wanted to kill him or Talia took him to the All-Castle. So, Jason’s only real interactions with Damian would be when Jason was written as a crazy, blood thirsty dude that actually tried to harm a child. So, him and Damian wouldn’t really have a good relationship (yet).

Jason and Cass… that’s just a no. Jason and Barbara, I mean Barbara was older than Dick when she first met Jason, so they wouldn’t have much of a relationship.

Now, lets move on to how I will make the Dick-Family work.

Dick (bless him) actually talks and listens to people, unlike Bruce, so the change would start there. Let’s set the timeline, I will stand right after the events of Under the Red Hood. Bruce just chose saving Joker over letting Jason kill the Joker and the building they were in exploded.

Batman keeps on being himself (trash) and Jason, having survived the explosion, moves on to keep on building his empire. He really wants to control the drug trade in Gotham, so he works on that, he slowly but surely takes his place as a drug lord again and is a constant pain in Black Mask’s ass.

While Jason is doing that, Dick is trying to put together his life after Bludhaven was attacked with Chemo. Let’s say that Bludhaven isn’t completely erased from the map but he does have to leave so the city can be re-built. He goes to Gotham, where the Red Hood works.

Let’s say that Alfred told Dick who was under the Red Hood, so Dick being a good brother goes looking for Jason. Their first interaction out of the mask wouldn’t be nice, Jason barely remembers his life before the pit and he really is convinced that Dick is the absolute worst.

But then Jason being a nosy man would make an appearance, for some reason, let’s say that he hacks into the Batcave and when he does that he finds some footage… The footage in question would be the one which shows Bruce punching Dick and sort of blaming him for Jason’s death. (Oh yeah, I am going there). The footage will make a memory come to mind, Dick taking Jason on a skying trip.

So, the next time that Dick and Jason see each other is because Jason went looking for Dick and here is where these two actually talk. The way I see it, Dick is more flexible with the no killing rule, he has worked many times with people that are villains or that just have different ways of doing things. So, I think that he would understand where Jason’s coming from with his ideas. As they begin to understand one another Jason begins to recover more and more memories from before the Pit.

They get together once a week and they chat about life as well as vigilante stuff. They become friends.

At the same time Dick is also very good friends with Tim and also acts like the amazing big brother he is with him. They chat, they sometimes work together and one day they come across a very complicated situation involving a new drug being introduced in Gotham.

Dick would call Jason and now both of them and Tim are reunited in a safe house working together so this new drug doesn’t fall in the wrong hands. Jason and Tim wouldn’t really like each other. Both of them are there for Dick and because they have to get the job done.

That’s how I see Dick forming the Dick-Family unconsciously. Hell, I will introduce Barbara now. Do you guys remember that in UtRH Barbara was mad with Bruce and didn’t want to work with him but she was still in contact with Dick? Well, I am using that so it can fit my narrative.

Dick, Jason and Tim need more intel so Dick calls Oracle (real Oracle) and because Barbara trusts Dick she works with them.

Here is where it gets interesting, through Barbara, Dick meets Cass, through Tim he meets Stephanie. You see that Dick’s connections are leading him to form a group of people. Cass and Stephanie are trained by Babs and Dick and they become the new Batgirls.

As all of that keeps developing Jason and Dick become “partners in crime” they help each other, they start building a brotherly relationship again. Although Jason refuses to say that out loud.

Then comes in Damian, a difficult child if there has ever been one but he has Bruce so Dick doesn’t have to jump in that fast… right?

Oh brother! Bruce is dead (omg what would we do? Battle for the cowl maybe? No!). with Bruce gone there is only one person who can take his place and everyone knows it has to be Dick.

Dick would feel a lot of things as he is taking Bruce’s place as Batman but he has a group of people ready to back him up (Alfred, Jason, Tim, Babs, Cass, Steph), and he also has to take care of Damian, he is a child and with his father gone then maybe his mother would want to take him back to the League of Assassins, Dick obviously doesn’t want that so he talks to Tim and tells him that he sees him as his equal and that he has a plan to make Damian stay and it involves making Damian his new Robin.

Tim would obviously be sad and a little hurt, but he understands Dick’s decision because they talked about it and Dick actually took the time to explain why he was doing what he was doing (really DC half of the problems you guys come up could be fixed in seconds if people would only take some time to just TALK!).

Dick and Damian work as Batman and Robin and Dick starts assuming the position of his father. They would live with Alfred in the penthouse and maybe Tim will join them from time to time (when he wasn’t busy with Young Justice/Teen Titans stuff). Slowly Dick and Damian will become the Dynamic Duo that we love today.

So, Dick would have his own Robin, Oracle (who is also managing her own team with Black Canary and (why not) the Batgirls), Red Robin and Red Hood working with him if he needs them. They are always a call away. Jason is the most difficult to reach and he will only involve himself in that kind of drama if its about controlling the drug trade or scaring the living shit out of some very shady people.

So, Red Hood wouldn’t be working with the new (and improved) Batman but Jason would hang out with Dick sometimes.

From there they build up. Dick renovates Arkham Asylum and makes it work they way that it is supposed to work. He might also recruit Catwoman when he needs someone really sneaky, they have known each other for so long, I bet Selina loves Dick, she would certainly help him out.

But as all things do, this happy and well-connected Dick-Family is disrupted when Bruce comes back, he inserts himself slowly back into his role as Batman and as he does that Dick starts to move away from it.

But Dick’s connections are strong and well cared for, so, even when he goes back to Bludhaven and starts fresh (again) as Nightwing those connections remain. Oracle still gives him intel, Robin and Red Robin come over to Bludhaven to patrol, maybe they even have their own rooms at Dick’s place.

With Bludhaven functioning again, all of the terrible people that were working there also come back, maybe some of them never left and they have been corrupting the city from its very core. So, when Jason tells Dick that he would like to expand his operations to Bludhaven, Dick says yes, as long as Jason keeps him updated on his work and also lets him know what is going on.

I think it works! What do you guys think so far?

From then on with the whole Dick-Family being connected and strong I think they can actually act and solve their problems as a family. All those arcs that didn’t work very well because Bruce was in the middle of it being a jerk, I think they will work if Dick is at the centre of it. Let’s say that Bruce hid the fact that Joker knows their identities and all that, with such a strong family the second that the Joker tries to manipulate Jason into believing that he created him, Dick will come out of the shadows and shut that bullshit down. If Joker tries to do something to the Circus, then the Birds of Prey and the Robins will be there in seconds helping Dick.

The Court of Owls, those little shits wouldn’t stand a chance against this team, this force of nature! Jason would be the one working from afar because you know my boy wouldn’t be subjected to the “no-killing” rule but if he does it, he has to do it away from the children (Damian) and away from Cass, if he doesn’t want to know real trouble. (He probably arranged those things with Dick a long time ago and he is happy with it).

Now, please forgive me but for angst reasons I will actually let the events of, Batman Incorporated #8, Forever Evil, Nightwing #30 and Spyral run its course.

Let me explain, after Damian’s death Dick holds the Dick-Family together, as well as Bruce because he is amazing like that, but then after Dick supposedly dies, things change just a little bit. Jason would retreat back to his own corner because the only thing attaching him to the Dick-Family was Dick but he would also keep his eyes open and he might also have a direct line with Oracle if things go south.

Aside from Jason, I do see the others working on keeping their connections intact. When Damian eventually returns the land of the living, I can see all of them coming together even more because that’s what Dick would have wanted.

And then Dick will come back from Spyral and here is where the Dick-Family will show the “Bat-Family” why its superior to it in every aspect possible.

The Dick-Family will notice that something must have happened, Dick would never play dead and leave them like that, but Dick loves Bruce and he doesn’t want to tell them the truth, Bruce has no memories now and his family doesn’t deserve that kind of drama BUT Jason and Tim are suspicious, they know Dick at this point and they trust him so they firmly believe that he is hiding something to protect someone. And here is where life repeats itself. Let’s review the Batcave’s footage, yes, I did it again, I just love the fact that Bruce has footage of himself being the absolute worst to his kids, how does DC not use it! Anyway, Tim and Jason find the footage from the events of Nightwing #30 and suddenly the Dick-Family have their “Dick defence squad” jackets on and they are ready to party.

After all that Bruce eventually gets his memories back and he is held accountable for his actions. Also, around this time the events of Robin War would have already happened so Duke is also introduced. Dick lets him join and all that, and then Duke and Cass become besties and they work together.

And yeah, as Rebirth comes closer the Dick-Family would be more united than ever.

The end.

That is how I would have done it. But this way is slow, and DC wouldn’t be able to monetize it as much as they would want.

Jason wouldn’t be giving hugs and calling everyone their brother or sister, he will only get along with Dick and he would be professional with everyone else.

Tim and Damian would get along but they wouldn’t go for ice cream together on a sunny day. Steph and Damian would and so would Cass and Tim or Cass and Duke.

Oracle would work with Dick and the others as a side thing because her main thing would be the Birds of Prey, this time with Helena too.

Alfred would spend his time with Bruce but he would also be very aware of Dick and his influence on everyone around them. Bruce eventually would be integrated to the Dick-Family because Dick is a sweetheart but Dick would also make Bruce follow his rules, Dick is a little bean but he is also the most badass person in the room (whichever room) so you better listen to what he has to say.

The Dick-Family would be something that grows silently and doesn’t need a “Joker War” in order for them to be there for each other, they would try their best each step of the way and they will talk things out when mistakes are made.

This is the way that I see this family dynamic working.

I would even go as far as to say that Talia can be part of the Dick-Family because she is connected to three people, Dick, Damian and Jason.

Dick is the person with most connections in the DC Universe, the Titans, the Justice League, Deathstroke, they all have connections to this treasure of a man. If he needs help in Gotham or Bludhaven then he can call people from the “first circle”, if things are beyond a “street level” threat them he can call the Titans and if shit really hits the fan, Clark and the others are a call away.

Anyway, this was unnecessarily long, I am sorry about it but I am also not because I really don’t know how to answer your question without going on a long rant.

In conclusion the Bat-Family doesn’t work and sadly it wouldn’t work no matter how much they force it. These people don’t have connections, Bruce is not able to make connections between people. And DC has erased entire relationships that Dick used to have. I mean, they got rid of Dick and Tim being close brothers just so they could give us a shitty brunch between Tim and Jason? Only yesterday we saw a true and beautiful interaction between Dick and Damian.

DC is handling the “Bat-Family” in all the worst possible ways. It just doesn’t work.

They should have used Dick all those years ago and they shouldn’t have destroyed Jason’s characterization with Lobdell’s ideas.

So, sadly, my dear anon, I don’t see the Bat-Family as a in character thing for any of these people as they are written currently, but I hope that you enjoyed my version of it. May the Dick-Family bring everyone who reads about it a little joy!

Jake Peralta & Amy Santiago — that's an obvious one, I mean, who doesn't love Peraltiago? I personally adore how their relationship evolves from distracting childish rivalry to distracting childish courtship, finally to distracting childish marriage (and parenting!). Their chemistry is visible basically since pilot. They're always there for each other, taking one another's sides no matter what, they help each other grow. Not only are they lovers but also best friends and I think it's such an amazing thing. They care about each other and make each other feel good about the world and their place in it. Their relationship is not toxic nor abusive in any way, they embrace their best traits, not undermine them. They're so different but they don't try to change each other — they eventually do so but it's due to their loving relationship and it's change for the better. In summary: such a power couple.

Jake Peralta & Rosa Diaz — I guess what I love most in this relationship is that it doesn't evolve in ANY romantic direction. This is extremely rare in TV shows but GUESS WHAT, man-woman friendship exists y'all and these two are the perfect example of that. They trust each other, they're there for each other when they need it, I mean when Jake helped Rosa with her coming out or when Rosa was talking to him about Amy and always gave him advice, you can't tell me you didn't melt inside. I did. They're the best partners, Jake knows her badge number by heart and I BET Rosa knows his as well. They worry about each other but they know what the other is capable of and they can be proud of one another. They're best friends and they know each other extremely well (even if at first it appears Jake knows nothing about Rosa's life). Just, thousand push-ups.

Rosa Diaz & Amy Santiago — definitely Latina's power, they got each other's backs and they trust one another. They know they can tell each other everything, they work together well and they even have their own cool handshake ok. They know they can count on each other no matter what and they'll do anything for one another. Just a little reminder that Rosa said I love you to Amy, so it's gotta mean something. I don't know what else to say, they're just the best The Sleuth Sisters ever.

Jake Peralta & Gina Linetti — it's just so cute they're friends since primary school both on-screen and irl, it gives them such amazing chemistry. I personally love how Jake calls Gina 'man' and Gina calls Jake 'girl', a perfect summary of their relationship and I'm here for that. They grew up together, they help out each other in all kinds of situations and they care about each other. They can be funny and they can be serious for a moment, they value each other's advice and the fact that their friendship lasts since childhood makes their scenes 100 times more adorable (just think of the forehead kiss!).

Gina Linetti & Raymond Holt — from an annoying assistant who never gets her job done (not that this has ever changed) to a dear friend who teaches captain Holt trashtalk and is on first name terms with his husband. Their scenes are just super hilarious and I love how Holt just can't imagine having as his assistant anyone but Gina. His Gina Moment is just amazing and he's really proud of his friend, even though he worries about her. I love how Gina takes his side and doesn't want Jake to ruin his career when Wuntch transfers him to PR. She teaches him, as well as he teaches her, they help each other, they appreciate each other when some can't, they know each other's talents and value each other's opinions. And you can tell Holt is extremely bummed when Gina decides to leave the Nine-Nine, because who will give him diction exercises before important events now? Gina Linetti Spaghetti Confetti.

Terry Jeffords & basically everyone (INCLUDING Sharon!) — I'm gonna start from Sharon because imo their relationship is SO underrated while it's such a great marriage. Remember when Sharon said she would always worry about him but he should get his ass back in the field if he was ready? Now that's the support. They love each other so much and, what's more, they let each other know that. The same goes for the kids — Terry always makes sure they know he loves them very much. And except his real family, he also has his other family with his stupid grown up kids. Because he treats squad like a family and it's the cutest thing ever. He loves Jake, he loves Amy, he loves Rosa, he loves Gina, he loves Charles, he loves every single one of them, values every single one of them, cares about every single one of them and lets them know that. They know they can count on him and ask him for help or advice and even when he's super busy, he's gonna find some time for them. The same goes for Holt, they're amazing friends and basically dads of the squad but Terry isn't afraid to tell captain off if he gives the squad too hard time. In summary, don't annoy proud mama hen of the Nine-Nine or you're gonna regret it and that's confirmed.

Raymond Holt & Rosa Diaz — both Amy and Rosa are so similar to Holt but in such different ways. I love how they talk about emotions and help each other acknowledge them. They have so much respect for one another which is growing stronger and stronger throughout the series. Rosa understands Holt's standards and contrariwise. Their friendship is restrained but yet powerful and based on mutual respect. But feelings? Ew.

Raymond Holt & Jake Peralta — this most obviously had to be here, because it's impossible not to love this duo. Their relationship evolves so beautifully and it's very clearly shown how Holt's opinion and appreciation matter much more than his actual father's. Not only does Ray have an impact on Jake, but also Jake teaches captain a few things, remember hot tub scene? They value each other's opinions, they literally make each other better people. And their father-son relationship is simply amazing and when Holt plays along with it it's just... daaamn, son.

Raymond Holt & Madeline Wuntch — when they're together, I'm like Rosa: this is amazing. I literally want to make popcorn and watch this beautiful drama and those insults OMG, I'm here for them so much. That's basically it, I love their chemistry of arch-nemesis and I love how they perform it and chapeaux bas to Andre Braugher and Kyra Sedgwick for not cracking up during those scenes. Who's guarding Hades or tickets to Wicked? Raymond, Raymond, Raymond...

Norm Scully & Michael Hitchcock — this is a perfect example of how true friendship can last over the years. These guys do everything together and they simply don't care about what others say about them (cake for gay wedding has come to mind). As Hitchcock says, everyone knows they come in package and they both watch it'll be so, so neither of them would be left out. They're dorky but they appreciate each other for the little things (which to them are quite big things but let's leave it), they comfort each other and even when they fight they can't stay mad at one another for long. Hi, may I have a drabble ship for SHINee, F(X) & Girls' Generation? I usually don't approach strangers, I let them come to me. There's some exceptions like if someone is friendly or has the same interests as me. I'm shy at first when I meet people. As I start to open up, I'll be more talkative and feel more comfortable talking about anything that's on my mind. I'll also joke around a lot. My hobbies are dancing, acting out scenes from my fav tv shows or movies and playing mobile/video games. I like babies (well mostly my baby cousins, they're so cute 🥺), having time to myself, roses, candy, rabbits and fireworks. I dislike snakes, spiders, nosy people, math and naggers it makes not want to do whatever they're nagging me about. Something I look forward in a relationship is spending the holidays together, especially Christmas! Since I'm older and now I know Santa isn't real, my parents have me help pick out presents for my siblings and I also get to pick my present. On January 21st the first winter snowfall of the new year has finally came. Your husband has finally took you on the Dream honeymoon you’ve been asking for after throwing your wedding on Christmas Day.

This getaway was perfect, but today was even more special because today your 6th year anniversary since becoming a couple.

The both of you have admired the snow falling from the sky holding hands, reminiscing every moment laughing together.

There was even a moment where you were on the peak of breaking up, because of the importance of his career. The thought made you shed tears.

It was your Christmas together with your girlfriend Amber and your family. Your grandmother and mom was in the kitchen baking chocolate chip cookies while you, Amber and her younger cousins helped set up the tree.

Amber was on a roll at first nicely setting up all the 24 ornaments you both painted together. It all went down hill until she started tangling up the red Christmas lights.

You and cousins laugh at this embarrassing sight and decided to help her.

Y/N: I told you not to by those cheap ones. Those get tangled very easily and don’t last long.

Amber: I know y/n. The star is the most important part anyways. smiles at you making cute llama noises.

Your younger cousins decided to step back and take a cookie break after helping hanging up the lights.

As your tree is almost complete, Amber pulls out the sparkly golden star to complete the tree and hands it over to you.

Amber: Here you you, for my shinning star.

Y/N: Giggles holding on to the star. Don’t mind if I do sweetie.

Your start climbing onto the three step ladder carefully setting the star on top. As you move away from the tree to get off the steps, you end up falling into Amber’s arms.

Amber: Catches you into her arms tightly and just looks at you caressing the top of your head. Hehe, hi... Aren’t you glad I caught you?

Y/N: Absolutely...I know it’s a bit early, but I should give you your gift. You want to know what it is? Leans in wrapping your arms around her neck.

You decided to take a trip to the mall to buy your family and friends some gifts for Christmas.

You were walking around for hours going over your checklist of everyone’s wishlist. Your siblings were getting a lot older and there at that age where they don’t want to play with toys anymore.

You were planning on taking a break by eating at the food court exhausted from all the shopping. All of a sudden you hear a crowd of people screaming..

Fan 1: Omg is that Tiffany Young?!

Fan 2: That sure is her, her new Christmas single just came out.

Fan 3: She’s also having a meet and greet right after.

Growing up girls generation was one of your ultimate kpop groups and to hear that Tiffany is performing right now at the mall made you speechless.

The red curtain opens and all you see is Tiffany stunting on stage with her all red ribbon dress smiling so angelic at the crowd.

The jazz band plays the song to her new single Ms. Claus with her unique vocals. In the middle of the performance, you didn’t want to believe it at first, but you noticed her exchanging eye contact with you.

Towards the end of the performance, confetti exploded everywhere making the crowd go insane. She walks off stage standing infront of you handing you a rose smiling at you.

Tiffany: What’s your name?

You look up at her dropping your pretzel on the ground forgetting how to function. Eventually you’ve proceeded to tell her your name.

Tiffany: I’ve noticed you sitting here all by yourself. I just wanted to say your very beautiful and I hope you enjoy your Christmas.

She then kneels down in front of you coming closer to your face kissing your cheek leaving a lip stain on your cheek.

Y/N: Holds marked cheek looking flustered. W-Will I ever see you again?

Tiffany looks back at you one last time and winks.

Tiffany: Whenever you need me, my phone number is attached on the rose...

The crowd looks at you with jaw dropped to the ground and hypes you up saying “Yaa she’s so lucky.” And “You go get her tiger. ”

Not even a second later after her meet and greet was over you’ve decided to call her and stay on the phone for hours. Santa has definitely blessed you this time of year.

I consider myself a big fan of drama and angst too, even though I've been complaining about it bc I'm too attached to my LI, lol. I can give them that, the cheating plot it's good.

OMG, I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT COMPLETELY ABOUT CASTIEL'S ARC, LMAO, I'm so sorry. That was great too. And yeah, I agree that the end of Rayan and Priya's arc wasn't the best at all. Also, I didn't enjoy how dirty they made Priya and how they portrayed Rayan's character. He's too saint sometimes. Like, dude, please. They almost ruined your career, they we're unprofessional and you still took the blame... C'MON. (And I know that Rayan's behaviour as a teacher can be... confusing sometimes, but that doesn't justify everything he went through.)

I noticed that now your options have a bigger impact this season, that's true. I still think it's unforgivable how much plot was wasted ignoring who Candy's boyfriend was in HS, last season. It barely did anything to the story, just a couple of changes to some dialogues. Duh.

But I keep thinking that they're wasting a lot of potential. I refuse to believe that this will end in just two episodes. There's so much more they can do. It drains me that in this otome there's so little romance with your partner.

And what about Hyun's arc? As always, that poor little boy got the worst. I'm not even sure if that was an arc...

An example, personally, I wanted to see Amber sooo badly. You know, I'm curious about her, I wanted to know how she looks now and more details about her life and job. She's my sister in law... but it seems that she doesn't even talk to his brother or viceversa (We barely know about the LI's families, except for Hyun's family :c)

What I'm trying to say it's that I don't want a timeskip. I want to see everything! I would love to see Rayan working in a different place. I want Nath to go to therapy and see his development. What will happen to Priya if she quits her job or not. How things turn out to Castiel, to his career. (Are we forgetting Gabin and Nina's romance? I wanted to know! Maybe we'll see but...) I'm pretty sure that we're not gonna see all of that fully written in just two episodes.

Maybe that's why everything feels like a meh for me. LL has too much to offer to end here. Everything feels very rushed for me.

But that's my opinion at the end of the day. I'm happy that you're enjoying this season. :)

Well... It's official. Someone asked Beemoov on Instagram how many episodes are left for LL and they said 2. And... I don't know how to feel about that. This season isn't over yet, but I already know that I'm unhappy with it. Yeah, the whole cheating plot is interesting... but the entire season by itself has been a complete... meh, for me. I was expecting something else, I guess. (I'm still mad that I haven't spent enough time with my baby boy...)
