Yoichi Isagi the guy everybody believed to be a beta, but came out as a full-fledged alpha

Rin is also very health conscious. He regularly attends all his check-ups and appointments, both for him and baby Yuuki, and he takes vitamins regularly. He tries not to take supplements because he makes an effort to get as many of the necessary nutrients included in the meals he makes, but he does realize that a few select, high quality substitutes are ok to make up for any lack.

He also exercises 2-3 times a week, not trying to bulk up or anything, but just maintain and keep his heart healthy. (Kunigami bought baby Yuuki a little mini weight set for Christmas one year and when he saw it, Rin laughed so hard he doubled over and fell off the couch. Something about the image of his infant son lifting weights just got to him. 😂)
