OMCN, azienda di Bergamo specializzata nella realizzazione e commercializzazione di attrezzatura per officina, ha partecipato ad Autopromotec esponendo le sue macchine su una grande superficie espositiva.in particolare, i focus dello stand erano 4 ponti, 2 smontagomme e un assetto ruote.

Il ponte a colonne mobili 953 ha una portata per colonna di 4 tonnellate, quindi 16 tonnellate di portata totale ed è adatto per motrici ed Eurocargo. Può essere utilizzato a 2, 4 o a singola colonna, anche grazie alla pulsantiera mobile da collegare alla colonna desiderata. Inoltre, è estendibile a 6 o 8 colonne. È caratterizzato da una base di appoggio a terra super ribassata di 110 millimetri ed è prevista la possibilità di avere le forche regolabili come optional.

Il ponte elettro-idraulico a colonne mobili Wireless 995W è dotato di un nuovo display LCD touchscreen a colori da 7” con un software di nuova generazione intuitivo da cui monitorare l’intero sistema. La caratteristica principale è il fatto di esser Wireless, senza cavi, con funzionamento a batterie ad alte prestazioni. Il carica-batteria è già integrato in ogni singola colonna, mentre il sistema di ricarica rapida garantisce un sollevamento anche con batteria a livello minimo. L’autonomia è di 20 sollevamenti a pieno carico, ovvero 34 tonnellate.Il preset della configurazione colonne è già eseguito in fabbrica, quindi il sistema è pronto all’uso ad ogni accensione: non è necessaria l’identificazione colonne ad ogni accensione\spegnimento). È prevista la possibilità di controllo del kit da ogni singola colonna, ed il funzionamento a 2, 4 o singola colonna. Anche questo ponte è estendibile a 6 o 8 colonne ed è predisposto per l’assistenza remota. Infine, è previsto l’iper-ammortamento al 250%.

Continuando con i ponti, la serie X-Line, coperta da brevetto internazionale tripla A per innovazione, applicazione industriale ed elettronica applicata, unisce l’ingombro ridotto di un ponte a forbice con la praticità di lavoro di un ponte a 4 colonne. L’area sotto al sollevatore è libera da ingombri, mentre il ponte è dotato di doppia fotocellula anteriore e posteriore per una maggior sicurezza. La gestione è 100% elettronica con sensori ad altissima risoluzione che garantiscono la planarità millimetrica tra le due pedane. Le 4 basi di appoggio a terra garantiscono maggior stabilità e rigidità alla struttura, mentre la funzione Auto-Livellamento permette al ponte di essere installato su pavimentazioni non perfettamente planari. Infine, è disponibile in configurazione speciale per poter usufruire dell’iper-ammortamento al 250%.

Infine era presente anche il 2005/L, un ponte a cilindri interrati novità della gamma. Si tratta di una versione con interasse tra i due pistoni maggiorata, di 2285 mm. Il sollevamento avviene tramite bracci, mentre il motore a bagno d’olio garantisce silenziosità operativa e bassissima manutenzione.

Tra gli smontagomme, la gamma GripLine R34 permette il bloccaggio del cerchio, il cui sistema è brevettato, semplice e veloce e non rovina il foro centrale dei cerchi in lega, fino a 34″. Il sistema di smontaggio automatico facilita le operazioni con gomme dure e ribassate, mentre i dischi stallonatori sono con allineamento automatico. Il sollevatore ruote è di serie, così come il braccio Run Flat. Infine, lo smontagomme è a doppia velocità, grazie all’inverter.

Il GripLine RS, invece, ha il bloccaggio del cerchio, sempre brevettato, fino a 30″ e un sistema di lavoro totalmente automatico. Anche in questo caso il sistema di smontaggio automatico facilita le operazioni con gomme dure e ribassate e i dischi stallonatori sono con allineamento automatico. Come per l’altro smontagomme, il sollevatore ruote e il braccio Run Flat sono di serie, mentre il sistema garantisce la doppia velocità grazie all’inverter.

L’assetto ruote VisionLine 3d, come si può capire dal nome, è caratterizzato dalla tecnologia di misurazione 3D. E’ un prodotto pronto per l’installazione con le tarature di controllo eseguite in fabbrica, bersagli più piccoli e più leggeri, aggrappi autocentranti 12″-24″, telecamere in alta definizione HD più veloci nella lettura, inseguimento automatico dell’altezza del ponte e un programma con la misurazione passi, carreggiate e diagonali incrociate del veicolo. Il monitor è da 27″ con stampante integrata.
