- The Quarry Orphanage -

Have you ever wondered where the south’s wealthiest spend their money when they talk about their “charitable contributions”? Well I present The Quarry Orphanage! The Board of trustees wanted picturesque accommodations for children to grow into successful members of society and so the drawing room and classrooms were built with the finest materials. You would think that this state-of-the-art facility would have a stuffy headmistress but Olivia Glass wants nothing more than the children to have the best childhood they possibly can! What a doll!

Working on this sweet home for a family to live in that will allow them the space to focus on their horses! I am making this on a 40x30 lot (it doesn't take the whole space) so you can easily put it on a bigger lot and have plenty of space for a barn and garden! I AM SO DANG EXCITED!!!!

- Hillsh Estate - 

Situated atop the lush hills you will find the Hillsh Estate! Restored by General Robert Marsh for his beloved bride in hopes that it will inspire her to host their friends and family (and of course grow their own family)! Available on the gallery tonight!

- Copperdale Prep - 

I have been having so much fun rebuilding the high school and playing (a random family until the patch came out) this pack! Obviously I had to give both the school and auditorium a Southern Simlish makeover! Inspired by Judson College which was (closed in 2021) the fifth oldest women’s college in the United States opening its doors in 1838! On the gallery this evening!

There are some modern elements to this build that are required for the lot to be complete!

- Harrow Estate - 

The Harrow Estate! Home to the Brockton family and their three sweet babies! Harrow is perfect for a new family looking to grow or newlyweds looking to start their lives together! Available on the gallery as of last week but I failed to post photos ha. Enjoy!

- A Benton Manor Marriage -

The marriage of Brigadier General Samuel St. John of Benton Manor to Ophelia Anne Mobley took place a yesterday at his historic home. General St. John was the absolute most prized bachelor this season and after being hounded by every debutante in the south, he chose Ophelia Anne to spend the rest of his life with. The two met during the Carnation Ball  where she made her debut! It was a shock to all that the General wanted to marry again after the death of his late wife Birdie Ruth Ralsten. But once he laid eyes on Ophelia Anne, the rest was history. Although it will take some getting used to, Ophelia Anne spends her days studying every inch of their sprawling estate. In awe of its beauty, she has taken up gardening and has planted an extensive array of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. The two could not be more in love and the Mobley family could not be more pleased with their rise in social status.

- Frankelhart House -

Frankelhart House is the perfect mix of lavish countryside and humble abode. The Elmore family recently found themselves inheriting this English inspired beauty despite never having met the recently deceased “uncle” that left it to them. Growing up in a very humble setting made the move quite overwhelming for the family but luckily… the kids are all hands on deck with daily chores!
