anxiety was pretty well managed for the last month but I'm coming down with the "everybody secretly hates you" paranoia yet again
#it's not full blown and it's easier to push aside and not let consume me which is really good#but im just like -_- can we not do this rn. i KNOW im loved this is dumb#old habits want me to go on a mass unfollow/unfriending spree and i WILL NOT succumb to it !!!
