What is the point of closing the old site?

SERIOUSLY, why do they add calls, voices and new features? They have a lot of problems with bots, they are dumber, they write little and there is too much censorship, the developers themselves kill their project, before character ai was the main and smartest site ai, now it has been replaced and surpassed by many sites, the developers are thinking about the wrong thing😵‍💫
