Five years ago, this amazing show came out:

Final Space. Final Space change my life for the better. I wanna thank one of my best friend @anitoonzforever for introducing me to this show. Our friendship grew more stronger than ever thanks to this show. We made so many fanfics and characters, it just amaze me on what this show did for us.

This show had taught me how you may seem feel like you’re the biggest loser in the universe, don’t ever give up. You can always be a hero and have many adventures.

But we now we gotta be the heroes Final Space deserve. I’m not going to give up and let Warner Bros Discovery treat it like garbage. I’ll keep fighting no matter how long it take. My petition reach at 13k, let keep going so it can reach 15k!

While I wouldn't necessarily suggest that that which I am about to present qualifies in the strictest sense, it does assuredly constitute an animated entertainment, and it is presently Saturday morning (my time, at least). And so, here we are...

Simply put, I genuinely could not have been keener to have served as a Producer on the Lightfold™ production of "Godspeed", from creator Olan Rogers. Yes, that Olan Rogers:

From the esteemed creator of "Final Space" comes "Godspeed", an animated twenty-eight minute short which follows the journey of Iris, an undaunted young woman, and her adorable karaoke-bot sidekick named Bowie, as they navigate the desolate landscape and abandoned homes of their crumbling world. Her path takes an unexpected turn when the pair stumble upon a mysterious broadcast that may well hold the key to their escape. To get the message, however, she must survive a planet-ending storm...

This is not a kids' show. As the opening disclaimer plainly stipulates, this is an artistic work that delves into intrinsically adult themes. This is The End... but it could yet be the beginning...

Moreso than ever, we're looking to play the all-pervasive regulatory algorithms here, so any respondent likes, comments, and/or shares would be greatly appreciated -- given the sheer amount of hard work that went into creating this labour of love, we really do wish to get "Godspeed" in front of as many eyes as possible (and if the public demand should subsequently present, MORE may yet follow...).

While I don't typically devote energy to showcasing the casts of the projects I present (feeling that actors are perfectly capable of speaking for themselves, by virtue of their visual representation), the same cannot be said for animation, ironically. I'm happy to see that the complete short has attracted some 75,000 views in its initial twenty-four hours of being live, which is a laudable public response, I feel... but for what could yet develop from this project, that prospective audience is required to increase exponentially. As for Lightfold™, the prospects of this startup production house are promising, indeed -- time for the world at large see the light and join the fold, I say!

Six months ago, a great @OlanRogers pilot called GODSPEED came out.

All the characters have touched my heart (and since then, they aren't even paying my rent😅).

While waiting for news on this special project, in my head imagine "things" that I will probably (almost certainly) draw to continue celebrating this little 28 minute masterpiece.

It was a travesty to hear that final space is getting capped so soon. These character and this story helped me get through some tough times and I hope that this helps in getting it whole story told. I can't stand it when good shows get cut at their prime.
