do you think minho's character, taejoon, in 'to the beautiful you' could possibly be bi/pan? i mean, ofc i'm not assuming! but i've just watched a bit of it once again just for funsies, and i notice that taejoon isn't going through a whole 'mid-life crisis' attitude about it like eungyeol did - like he seems more 'comfortable' (and i use that loosely) with just hovering around the whole ordeal. not to say that that also determines someone's sexuality, but i think it's fun to think about^^

-- also, it just reminds me of that post floating around of minho being held example for the way this other male actor treats a kiss when he films and them almost kissing hahaha saying it'd be great if minho played a queer role one day ---- but maaaaybe he has already, right under our noses ~ ;)

Okay this head canon is amazing! It does make a lot of sense. Eungyeol’s character really struggled to come to terms with the fact that he has feelings for a boy. However, Taejoon really does keep it cool. As cringy as ttby is it’s still one of my secret guilty pleasures so next time I watch it I’ll keep this head canon in mind! I think it would really enhance the story for some fans. I’ll also be sitting here hoping that one day he’ll be able to play an canon queer character. Thanks for submitting this anon!!
