Had this idea for a Minecraft illness inspired by @gravelcat and their concepts

An illness called Golden Rapids, where patches of skin and some muscle tissues slowly morph to a gold ore in appearance substance that's made of bone marrow and cartilage. Fatality rates are non-existent in a technical standpoint, but rapid mental deterioration can cause a metaphorical death, changing who they are. There is no cure or treatment

here we go: the deh fandom absolutely sucks for taking a portrayal of sibling abuse that was pretty clear cut over who was the victim and who was the perpetrator and then going to town with the victim blaming
