currently reading invisible life of addie larue and its fine so far but cant figure out why the fuck everyone is obsessed w her fucken freckles. like am i not understanding what they define as freckles??? bc i simply cannot imagine why anyone cares having 7 freckles is hardly even a distinctive feature let alone a goddamn constellation

#ok so i used to always define freckle as like light speck u get in summer but im assuming they mean what i wld call birthmark #like a darker slightly larger but still very small spot #in which case i counted and i have ~5-7 on my face #and the only comment ive gotten was a girl saying she has the same placement of one and thus never takes pictures of that side of her face.#i was like . k. thanks.#ive got like 8 on my forearm. no ones ever said i got a fucken forearm constellation.#am i crazy i thought they are just a normal thing for light skinned people unless they are v large
