utterly surreal to be having a whole conversation with my mom, in the midst of the worst hypoglycemic episode I've had in a while, without her noticing. I stumbled downstairs and continued crashing into walls/counters as I tried to get water & a quick source of sugar, struggled to form sentences, and was overall less capable of being an interactive person. meanwhile she was just talking about what she's done today like she didn't notice. probably didn't I think
