you dont understand it was literally a plot point i actually HAD in my draft dai fic titled "the great eluvian race" which followed on from merrill getting the eluvian in da2 and the whole process of making NEW mirrors which allowed isra further reach to close the rifts across thedas (BECAUSE RIFT TRAVEL WAS VERY UNPREDICTABLE because the fade doesnt have an exact mapping) but then different different groups (inc orlais, under celene) started fighting over it (a la trespasser but MUCH MUCH MUCH sooner) and AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA WE COULD HAVE IT??????? like!!!! bellara being a companion JUMPING OUT OF AN ELUVIAN do we get eluvian travel pls pls pls
