my guy yes i was on a peaceful trip where i was at peace but i think if i wasnt away for a bit every now and then i wouldve killed someone
so it is helping of course it is keeping me Somewhat sane Somewhat in check but. if i didnt have these nature trips i honestly Wouldve killed someone or myself

IF i get caught#but i checked the school and there are no cameras outside#if i do it at night its easy peasy#anyway. then i was on the trip and i thought ok i dont need to do this anymore im good now#well im back and im going to do something. the anger didnt leave it was just dormant for 4 days
