i was at my close friend’s house (i have some mixed romantic feelings about him) and istg he wouldn’t stop tickling me 💀 i honestly haven’t been tickled in so long but i didn’t hate it like i thought i would? i have so many memories of tickling and i despised all of it but i’m now realizing it just wasn’t the right situations

It was just after the host club had wrapped up, everyone had gone home for the day. That is, except Haruhi and Tamaki.

As Haruhi, who was still at the bottom of the hierarchy in the host club, swept the floor Tamaki kept her company, gabbing about this and that, and about all the girls he had wooed that day.

“That’s wonderful, Tamaki, but maybe instead of telling me all your fantastic stories you could help me clean up a bit?” Haruhi asked curtly.

Tamaki, who currently had his body laid out across one of the elegant couches the host club had, looked up at Haruhi with a look that could only be compared to that of a confused puppy.

It made Haruhi’s heart tighten slightly.

She had been feeling this way for a while, it hadn’t gone unnoticed by her, and she knew what it meant. What she was having a hard time with was grasping the fact that she had a crush on Tamaki Suoh of all people.

OHSHC ERA ONCE AGAIN

Haruhi had just been minding her own business and getting on with host work as usual. She was talking to two girls and in the middle of her speech she felt two hands squeezing her sides.

"EEK!HOHONEY SEHEHMPAI"giggled Haruhi.

"Aww" came from her two guests.

Honey stuck out his tongue and ran away, Haruhi normally wouldn't be bothered however Mistukuni had been doing this all day, so she decided payback was in order. She chased him down the halls and into the classroom, she then leaped at hik and they were playfully wrestling in the floor.

"You know you could easily get away right?" she said.

"Yeah but this is way more fun"admitted Honey.

Haruhi then grew an evil smirk and then began tickling his ribs. Honey jumped and shriekdd with laughter, he tried to restrain his flailing, else he would hurt Haruhi. He let himself go limp and dissolve with laughter and honestly he was hoping this all day as his lee mood was driving him nuts.

Haruhi's finger met his underarms and Honey lost it.

"HARUHUHUCHAHAN PLEAHAHAHSE"shrieked Honey.

Suddenly Mori came and Haruhi let go of Honey and began running, she immediately knew Mori would avenge Honey so she was running like her life depended on it. However she didn't make it passed the stairs before Mori grabbed her and put her over his shoulder.Mori went back to the clubroomand pinned Haruhi to the wall.

Haruhi tried to keep her composure and nervous giggles from spilling out. She was about to open her mouth to pleade but was interrupted by hands squeezing her sides.Haruhi immediately crumbled and fell over attemtping to protect her sides with her arms. Mori held her up as she squirmed at every poke.

"Nohohoho pleahahase"pleaded Haruhi however she received not a word from Mori. He went to her ribs, arm pits and neck searching for her weak spot, he squeezed her right thigh and that's when Mori showed a rare smirk of triumph.

"NAHAHAHAHO NOHOT THEHEHERE" shrieked Haruhi. Kyoya across the room took a mental note.

Honey came over to poke and scribbled on the left thigh. Haruhi was now in complete hysterics.

"*SNORT* *SNORT*PLEAHAHSEE" pleaded Haruhi.

Mori let her go and then pinned Honey.

"Takashi what are you doOHINHG" exclaimed as Mori went to dig his fingers in Honey's arm pits.

"Don't think I didn't know ths origin of Haruhi's attack.

Mori went on until he heard Honey wheezing.He picked up Haruhi and Honey and put them in Honey's nap corner. He smiled at them and let them rest.

hi hello you may not remember but i sent a couple of asks about the shiggy route and was tentatively called mid-dec anon um. i have returned with thoughts ! again!

god the world building in this was absolutely gorgeous and so unique in its mechanics you should be so incredibly proud of yourself. there’s too much to say so i will pick a theme and my theme is the little throughlines you’ve done across the routes and how GORGEOUSLY you subverted them in the meta-route (i know you said it’s not necessarily a true route and also if it was my heart would break so. meta route). it absolutely tickled me pink how pink lemonade is NOT AVAILABLE. i adored how instead of experiencing the government assigned chapstick flavour in the Kiss Scene we are the ones wearing the chapstick. applying it to izuku kind of. technically. he is NOT wearing Moulded To Your Ass line but his ass is so fine he may as well be i’m so delighted!!!

I also absolutely adore how you bring your other interests into the fic like star trek and perhaps ouran high school host club? maybe? i ALSO liked how the “fine. lotus” REALLY reminded me of your hawks fic “spine, baby”.

the way that you pointed out hitoshis across all routes love in izukus route because i did not notice and now it is all i can see! heartbreak!!!! i think izuku is a very very difficult character to nail and by god did you nail it i’ve said it already and i’ll say it again you should be beyond proud of yourself.

💝 Valentine's Day Event Poll 💝

I know this seems early, but I have been wanting to do this event for awhile and I never give myself enough time to actually finish it. So, this year we're prepping early.

Without giving too much away, I'm planning on writing a small series of Ouran High School Host Club related fics. More details of the event will be explained closer to the actual day.

Summary: After helping organize a meet up with the rest of the host club after a couple years, you return home late to your love, Haruhi, and she is a bit concerned.

(AN: did I stutter reminded me too much of the office lol so I had to make it the title! Hope you like this!)

It had been about three years since you and Haruhi’s highschool days. You two had been dating since third year and now that both of you were enrolled in colleges near each other, you had gotten an apartment to share. It was perfect. She was perfect. You felt so lucky to come home to your best friend and an amazing girlfriend, and you wanted to do something special with her birthday coming up.

After highschool, the host club was still close with one another, visiting for a few days and face timing every now and then, but for the most part, everyone had their own lives all across the world. Tamaki was a concert pianist living with his mother in France, managing the company he was entitled to in his spare time; Kyoya traveled all around the world searching for business opportunities for the Ootori group while going to med school; the twins were in America, Hikaru at an engineering school and Kaoru pursuing photography; Honey and Mori were still in Japan, but they were kind of quiet and private and kept to themselves. Haruhi had went to a university famous for law, and you were studying architecture at a nearby college.

But one summer, this summer, everyones schedules coincided for one week, and you had been conspiring with Tamaki to get everyone together in Japan for one week of nostalgic highschool glory. You had been planning this for months, and it was only a few days before everyone would be having fun in the Suoh summer home.

It was about 9:00, you had stayed at work for a while and then scheduled events for the trip for a few hours, and you were finishing your plans with a call to Tamaki to make sure everything was good on his end.

“I’m so excited to see you guys again! I haven’t seen Mori in person in six months- OOO! Do you think Hikaru will bring his dog? He and Antoinette can play together and I’LL GET TO SEE MY PRECIOUS HARUHI!”

“My precious Haruhi,” you said with a smile in your voice, rolling your eyes as you walked up to the apartment complex.

“Awwwwwwwe, you guys are still just as cute as highschool, do you remember how nervous you were around her? And she was crushing just as hard on you? It was adorable to watch, I actually won the bet against Kyoya and I NEVER win against Kyoya, but I guess I’m always the best when it comes to love,” Tamaki cooed from the crackled international call.

You laughed as you got up to your apartment door, fumbling for your keys in your messenger bag before finding the cute bear keychain Haruhi had gifted you last year.

“I can’t wait for you guys to get here, it’s been so long! Haruhi doesn’t know yet, it’s going to be a surprise, so keep your mouth shut, Tamaki,” you said teasingly, unlocking the door to your shared apartment. Your smile faltered when you saw Haruhi with a furrowed brow at the kitchen bar, leaning against the counter. You were curious as to why she was frowning and you set your stuff down, forgetting to end the call with Tamaki. “Babe, what’s up?” you asked, walking over to the brunette.

“Maybe explain why you’re six hours late to dinner? I made your favorite and you couldn’t bother to be home by ten!” You noticed a familiar smell wafting through the air, the delicious aroma of homeade beef stew wafting over from the stove. Ten? It’s only six! It got dark late during the winter months but surely it couldn’t be that late. You glanced at the clock ticking on the wall to Haruhi’s left. 11:03.

“Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry, I didn’t realize it had gotten this late, I’ll make it up to you Haru, I promise,” you stammered, putting your hands gently on her shoulders. She crossed her arms and sighed, “This is the third time you’ve been home late this week, I know your work is stressful but I’ve barely seen you. You even missed our special Friday dinner- Where were you?” She asked with her arms crossed and her eyebrows bunched up in her trademark cross look.

“I was at work?” You tried, knowing she wouldn’t buy it, but not wanting to ruin the surprise. “For that long? And this frequent? It’s not like you, (Y/N), there must be something else. I want to know. You can tell me anything,” she pressed, reaching out for your hand. You took her hand but looked away. “It’s not anything bad, I just can’t tell you,” you said in a quiet voice, looking away.

“Then why can’t you tell me? Besides, you know what’s gonna happen if you can’t tell me on your own!” She smirked at you and scribbled her nails under the hand she was holding, making you yelp in surprise as she spun you into an inescapable hug against the counter. “Did I stutter, love? Or are you gonna make me get it out of you?” She squeezed your side, her fingers asking the question and you answered with a bubbly “I cahan’t!”, before she went to town.

Haruhi was a very skilled tickle monster, and she had known you for years, which meant she knew all of the worst spots and worst techniques to make you crumble, but this time, she decided to go the longer route. “Wait! Wait, Haruh-AhAhah!” She kept you trapped by the countertop and squeezed up and down your sides, her thumbs scratching the sides of your stomach at random intervals to keep you on your toes.

“All you have to do is tell me and I’ll stoooop~” Haruhi sang as her fingers danced on your tummy and skittered up to your ribs. You were laughing your head off at this point, gripping her shoulders and squirming around in her hold while she vibrates her fingertips into your ribs. “Nohoho!”, you cried out.

She stopped for a moment and cracked her knuckles. “Guess I’m going to have to pull out the big guns. (Y/N), what’s my favorite fruit?” You knew what was coming and decided to answer with Haruhi’s actual favorite fruit in an effort to avoid the inevitable. “Uhum, pineapple?”

She looked thoughtful for a moment, “Yes, but no.”

Haruhi abruptly shoved wiggling fingers into your underarms while blowing raspberries on your collarbone and it tickled so bad. She laughed along with you as you squealed and pulled at her hands. “oH MY GOHOHAHAHAHAAHAH HARUHIII”

“I could do this aaaall night you know,” she cooed.

“OHkAYHeheh OKahahAhAY!” you slumped in her arms as she softly traced your cheeks and shoulders to let you calm down. You heard a voice pipe up from the counter, surprising both you and your girlfriend.

“Man, she got you good,” Tamaki commented through the phone. “Tamaki?” You both exclaimed in sync.

“I thought I hung up!”

“Wait why were you on the phone with Tamaki this late?”

“Haruhi! It’s been so long!”

“It’s only been a week, Tamaki, but I missed you too.”

“Everyone quiet!” You cleared your throat and sighed before taking a huge breath and explaining yourself. “Me and the others were going to keep it a secret until your birthday, but-”

“THE HOST CLUB IS GETTING BACK TOGETHER!!!” Tamaki cried happily, you could hear clapping and dancing in the background and laughed at his antics. Haruhi’s face lit up, she grabbed your shoulders and looked you in the eyes. “Is that why you’ve been late silly? Have you been planning this thing?” You happily nodded and laughed as she pulled you into a hug and spun you around.

“I love you so much, (Y/N),” Haruhi whispered into your ear and kissed your cheek with a beautiful smile on her lips.

“Awwwwwww!” Tamaki gushed. You laughed and told him goodbye as you hung up. “Happy birthday, Haruhi.” You both hugged and swayed all around the kitchen, until you were reminded of your hungry stomach. “Is that beef stew still up for grabs?”
