VOIDDD VOID PLEASSEEE
WHY DID I READ THIS AT WORK HNNNNNN HEL P
Kinktober, day 2. Quintnosis Control
Pairing: Aether/Rain
Words: 2,619
Contains: Mental mind fuckery, quintessence abuse, quintnosis not verbally consented to but still consensual, dirty thoughts, stupidification, light degradation, resistance play, cock fixation
Summary: Aether proposes a bet, one Rain is all too smug to agree to. An easy win under his belt, a nice stroke to his ego, all he had to do was go a day without getting fucked. Rain can manage that without an issue...Probably.
Read on Ao3
"That's it?" Rain shifted his weight, hip cocking out as he folded his arms. The look he gave the other ghoul was nothing short of wary, narrowed eyes and an arched brow.
"That's it," Aether confirmed with a partial nod.
"What's the catch?"
"I'm hurt you'd think I'd be so underhanded, guppy." He laid a hand over his heart in offense. Frowning, fixing him with sad violet eyes. "If you think you can't do it, just say so. Don't have to go insulting my character."
"I can go a day without dick, let alone yours. This is a stupid bet."
"Then what do you have to lose?"
The water ghoul opened his mouth as if to respond with teeth but seemed to decide against it as the sound fell flat off his tongue. He exhaled sharply, practically huffing - always one for the dramatic. He let his arms fall from his chest, hands taking his hips instead. His eyes flicked over him, looking for the tell, the crack in his apparent sincerity. When none was found, his hackles seemed to lower.
"And when I manage, without a bit of issue mind you, what do I win?"
"Freedom from laundry for two weeks, princess."
Rain let out a short scoff, close enough to laughter.
"And if, on the extremely hypothetical chance, I somehow can't stop myself...What are you getting out of this?"
"Just to gloat that I was right."
“Fine, just to humor you. Hope you’re ready to wring the sweat out of Mountain’s uniform.”
Aether's lips curled upwards as he took his hand, if Rain had bothered to look closer he'd have seen the slight flash of fangs. Something predatory hidden behind the guise of good nature. He missed the tell entirely as Aether's fingertips grazed the valley of his palm before they parted, a residual tingle buzzing in his skin as he turned on his heel.
If Rain were a lesser man he'd have laughed in Aether's face. A downright stupid bet to make in his humble opinion. He wasn't that desperate, he could very well go twenty-four hours without getting fucked. It was an insult to even have it insinuated that he couldn't. Aether had set himself up to fail in his eyes. All he needed to do was keep his mind out of the gutter, worst case was having to take a cold shower to recenter himself. He had more self control than Aether gave him credit for.
Morning passed him by quick. Minutes breezed past him unnoticed, every second was another step closer to the sweet reward of victory. Not even a single passing thought to weaken his resolve. He held his head a little higher as he walked into the kitchen, catching Aether in the midst of stirring honey into his tea.  His eyes flicked up from his mug with a tuneless hum, a semblance of acknowledgment of his arrival.
"Lost the bet yet?" Aether teased as he tapped his spoon on the rim of his mug.
"Oh you fucking wish." Rain outright grinned as he leaned over the other side of the counter to steal Aether's drink out from under his nose. "You act like this is hard." He snorted as he took a sip from the steaming mug, cinnamon with hints of vanilla pleasantly washing over his tongue.
You wish you could have my cock inside you right now, don't you?
The thought slipped in unwelcomed. A velvety purr in the back of his mind that startled him enough his fins flared up, something cold retreating down his spine. Rain choked on his drink, accusatory gaze snapping back to Aether, staring unbothered down at his phone.
"...The hell was that?"
"What was what? I didn't say anything." The quintessence ghoul fixed him with a confused stare that was genuine enough to make him back down from his suspicion. Rain sighed, shook his head, and reached to smooth down his fins.
Know you wish I would fuck you on this counter, look at you already bending yourself over it for me. You wish I'd take you right here.
The whisper slithered back in sickly sweet, syrup coating the inside of his skull that he tried urgently to unstick himself from. He rightened himself suddenly and nearly sent the stolen mug to the floor, luckily Aether was faster than his clumsy limbs. He sucked in a breath and drew his hands to himself, wringing his wrist as shock turned to uncertainty.
"Everything alright sweetheart?"
"Y-yeah, I, um-" Rain started, attention shifting rapidly to anywhere that wasn’t the other ghoul as he felt the rumble of a laugh behind his eyes. Dark in intent, inhuman in nature, mocking in tone. Thunder warning of a storm, his resolve threatened to bend. He felt the voice against either ear accompanied by the phantom sensation of fingers trailing between his gills as it hissed to him again.
Oh is the little whore getting flustered now? We’ve barely begun! And we both know you've said worse, you can’t play shy, you've got such a filthy mouth...Such a talented, filthy fucking mouth.
"I should go…Uh, get started on my chores. See you later."
Rain abandoned the kitchen like the room was filling with smoke, it might as well have been engulfed in flames given the coals settling in the pit of his stomach. Dread and unwilling heat. He dragged a hand down his face with a vaguely distressed sound, frustration pricking like needles at the base of his skull. A sensation that pierced through that odd molasses-like feeling in his head, neither of which he could seem to shrug off.
His confidence wavered, self assurance comically torn out from under him. Victory felt further away, like he couldn't sink his teeth into it.
Again he shook his head in an attempt to clear it, the second of many to come.
The whispers didn’t leave him, they refused to. Pleased to taunt him like the itch you can't quite reach, tickling under the skin with a bothersome persistence. His mental tormentor was far from content to allow itself to be ignored, seemingly taking offense when the water ghoul tried to gloss over every dirty comment, every sinful idea. It was like his brain would stall out like a rusted engine, left sputtering over whatever pedestrian thought he’d been trying to work through as it gleefully interrupted to feed him filth. Choking out his own internal dialog in order to hollow his head out.
Every word sent him a few steps deeper into a growing haze that left him squeezing his thighs together, an involuntary reaction to his body’s natural, and unwanted, desire. It never helped him ground himself, but then again Rain didn’t know if he needed to be pulled from the clouds or picked up from the ground. Too disoriented to know rising from falling, sinking from floating, his own voice from this intrusion.
He’d started to feel lost when it went quiet, which would’ve worried him if he’d been about to think about worrying. When the voice went quiet, so did the rest of his head. It abandoned him to simmer in something insatiable.
He felt feverish, had been for hours. Mountain had even stopped him in the hallway to press a hand to his forehead - concern knit into his brow as he questioned his health, offering up the comfort of his bed and the promise of mint tea. Rain had laughed and thanked him for being so sweet, but ultimately dismissed his concerns. He didn’t trust himself to climb into bed with Mountain, not when he smelled as sweet as he did. Just the little touch to his face sent him reeling. He felt it smile, too gleeful and serpentine at the edge of his thoughts as it fed him encouragement.
He could take such good care of you, doesn’t he always tadpole?
No one’s watching, it wouldn’t hurt to just sink to the floor for him. He knows you want to, look at you, knees knocking together, thighs pressed together trying not to drip down your thighs.
Why deny him? You belong in his bed anyways, face down, fucked stupid, caught on his knot like the bitch you are.
Rain had enough sense to excuse himself and hurry off to his room, leaving the earth ghoul befuddled in the middle of the hallway, as if slamming his door behind him would fend it off for even a second.
Without a target, it turned to pure temptation. His fingers dug into his thighs with a surprising intensity, a pain his fog filled head hardly registered, yet they twitched. Muscle gone tight, he fought the urge to let them drift. Rain wasn’t even sure if fucking himself counted, but he knew giving an inch would be his downfall. He squeezed his eyes shut and tried to focus on his labored breathing.
When he finally opened his eyes again the room was much darker, the final light of day greeting him as he’s startled from his concentration by a hand clapping onto his shoulder. He nearly jumped out of his skin with a yelp that he’d feel humiliated over later, hair standing on end but there was Aether, not some spectral sexual deviant. The water ghoul laughed weakly, nervously, as he relaxed.
“You alright angelfish?” Aether squeezed his shoulder as if to bring him back to earth, to center his focus on him.
Heat and electricity mingled dangerously under his touch, jumping between each nerve end in a fashion that was mind numbing. Rain sadly did not have the sense to pull away from him.
Too difficult to think, huh? Too busy trying to fight your body, it knows better than you do. Just let your cunt think for you, give up your head to me.
“Just…A bit uncomfortable s’all, headache, I guess.”
Liar, you’ve been floating on nothing short of bliss since I slipped through the cracks. Head hurt from trying to not listen to me, that it? Funny. Haven’t even tried to deny these thoughts, not once.
“Had me worried. Running off like that this morning and then skipping dinner, you’ve been acting off all day.” Aether frowned and furrowed his brow, brushing the hair from his face and allowing his fingers to card back through his curls. It was like a wave crashing over him, dunking his head under the water. “Something on your mind?”
Oh there’s absolutely nothing left up there. Empty, happy, little head.
“Didn’t, um…Didn’t mean to like, worry you. Sorry Aeth.”
All melted away, didn’t it? Brain’s just drip, drip, dripped out your cunt.
“Do you need anything?”
You do, you know you do. You know what you want, and it’s so tiring fighting it. Feel how heavy your head is? How hard it is to keep your eyes open? Look at me.
“I…” Rain started without knowing where he was going, finding himself leaning into Aether’s gesture of affection. It was a battle all of its own to get his eyes to focus on him, vision just a bit fuzzy around the edges, but once set on him he found an alarming sense of clarity. “I don’t know…?” His tongue sat thick in his mouth, words beginning to slur.
Aether looked down at him sympathetically. The typical and expected dark violet of his eyes was brighter, seemingly vibrant in the darkening room. A lavender thrall that held his attention like nothing else, an unnatural draw to them. As if the voice had set about emptying him out, Aether went about filling what it carved out. Magic trickled from the tips of his fingers with every innocent pass over his scalp.
My eyes are so pretty, aren’t they guppy? So hard to look away from, harder not to stare too deep, but you want to stare. Deeper and deeper you go, sitting there so pretty and pliant while I pluck the last of that resistance away.
“Ae…Aef-” he stammered weakly, voice seemingly distant. “Nn…Not playing fair-”
Go on, you’ve already sunk so deep. No point in pretending anymore.
“Shh…Just need to drop.”
All at once, the water ghoul went limp for him, like he’d been subconsciously waiting for permission, supported only by Aether’s grip in his hair. Sent over the edge of consciousness into a state that the quintessence ghoul would consider far more agreeable, pride and stubbornness torn away from him leaving him far more malleable. He looked prettier, eyes rolled back, lips parted, drunk off a steady stream of magic. It satiated something in him, arousal making a home in his gut.
“Let me see,” he hummed, watching Rain’s eyes struggle to return and find him again. His smile split into something downright wicked as he studied him. Cerulean overshadowed by the swirling embrace of quintessence, those coveted sapphires traded for amethysts of his own design.
“Fuck…” Aether hissed through his teeth as he used his free hand to palm himself through his jeans, dick already starting to fatten up at the mere sight of Rain so far under his influence. “Doesn’t it feel so good baby? Don’t you like dropping for me?”
“Uhhuh-”
“Why don’t you tell me what you need?”
“Your, your um,” Magic trailed from the base of his skull down each notch of his spine making him shudder, artificial bliss. A reward for obedience. His blood had gone to pure syrup in his veins. “Need your cock.”
“There we are. Needy little thing, aren't you?” Aether purred, thumbing over his lower lip. “Take it out, show me how bad you need it.”
Like being threaded along he slid from the bed and hit the floor a little too hard. His knees would surely bruise but Aether didn't allow him the mental capacity to care for something like that. He'd apologize and tenderly ice them later when he granted him a clear head again, only after gloating of course. He could already envision Rain’s pout.
For now the only thing he let twirl around in Rain's vacant little head was the thought of getting his mouth on him, of being filled by him, of admitting defeat. He was at the whims of his most primal of needs. Stripped down to basic desire as he clumsily worked to free him from his boxers.
“See? I knew you couldn’t go without. It’s okay to be wrong guppy, I’m sure you were just too embarrassed - too stubborn - to admit to being such a fucking cock addict. Just us though, I won’t tell anyone, I just need you to tell me what you are, and you can have your reward.”
Aether took himself in his hand, giving his member a few slow strokes that Rain seemed to stare after enraptured. He chuckled as he dragged the ruddy head against his flushed cheek, smearing a small dribble of pre in his wake. He watched Rain take a shallow breath before almost whining as the musky scent hit him. There was a noticeable wet spot between his thighs now.
"Fuh-Fucking cock addict," Rain whispered. His shoulders sagged as the final trace of blue left in his irises was engulfed entirely, looking up at him entirely glassy eyed. True, and willing submission, but more importantly, he’d won.
In one swift motion Aether pushed into the white hot heat of his mouth with a hoarse laugh, and Rain moaned pitifully as the heady taste finally slid over his tongue. He didn’t need to prompt the little ghoul or even guide him, Rain began bobbing his head up and down his length automatically. Even emptied out and dumbed down, he always knew how to please him.
"That's my good fucktoy."
