oh i've run into a VERY specific and hilarious pet peeve
#when people dont know what the word intangible means....... and use it interchangably with invisible......#ohhhh none of you grew up watching danny phantom and it SHOWS.#head in hands. intangible means going through things. you can still see someone when thsyre intangible.#intangible does not automatically equal invisible. holy shit#that word is just so deeply deeply ingrained into me at this point im like HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW- ohhhhhhhh. oh im old now i understand.#that show is 20 fucking years old of COURSE nobody else has seen it. i cant imagine living that kind of life.#who would i be without danny phantom. its like my whole personality both online and irl. literally what kind of person would i be.#wow. intangible.#blahblahblah#IMMEDIATELY closed out of the fic i was reading because of this. btw.
