Can we just acknowledge how enormously fucked up it is that Sarah used Dave to get pregnant without telling him? Especially within the context of Rita having just died and her having a boyfriend and him having several grieving children? I just…I really feel like we are not acknowledging how genuinely heinous that is.

She hooked up with a man who was grieving his very-recently-deceased wife - a woman who was her best friend - not because she cared about him or because she was grieving and confused or anything remotely understandable, but because she wanted to get pregnant. AND SHE NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZES! She fully intended to never even tell him!!!

#I am so late to this conversation #this show came out like 10 years ago #she was probably planning to do to that child what Rita did to Lucy #and like #that is not an inspirational story Sarah #it is hateful and deceptive and selfish and awful #she hurt so many people by doing that #including Lucy #why would you look at that devastation and think #ohh good idea I think I’ll do that to the grieving widower!#single father #David Tennant
