yeah you nailed it! i loved finger buns as a kid, i’d eat it all but admittedly didn’t love the actual bun all too much, just regarded it as a vessel for the icing to be honest. they don’t have those elsewhere?

And no lol, no they don't really have that here in the states at least. The closest we got are like... zingers, and those are actual small cakes with icing. Don't get me wrong! They sound like a pretty decent struggle meal dessert. If all I had in my pantry was a little frosting or powdered sugar, some milk, and a hot dog bun? My broke ass could wrap my head around it for a lil sweet treat. A weird one, but we make it work when money is low yaknow. But going out and like spending money specifically for that tho? Like at a bakery? Or budgeting it into groceries? Mmmmmm idk about all that 🥴
