#oh and I've hand sewn the entire mock up

29.07.2023 - I finished the mock up for my dress and found it was WAY too big, as in 2-3 dress sizes too big... A nice surprise considering I thought it would come out a bit small, but it does mean I'll have to make another one before I can start on the dress proper. I also need to see if the smaller size corrects the huge gap between the side and the front waist seam, otherwise it'll need correcting before I cut into my nice fabric.

I'm also reading too many books... It sort of spiraled because I've been really struggling to focus on anything (as evidenced by the fact I'm STILL reading Evelina, despite loving it?!) I'm actually enjoying them all but I feel like I'm making zero progress with anything because I'm part way through FIVE books 🤦‍♀️
