heyy in slightly more upbeat but also aggravating news: my sister signed up to do afl at school cause that's the sport she does but they weren't hosting it for girls so she had to do it through a different thing. and that turned out to be fantasy football.

#im forever aggravated by the sexism everpresent in afl #like i know im only aware of it cause my family is So embroiled but like #watching my mums team play and them barely have 2 people water running (one of which was me #actual child.)#and then the mens games have a fucking. massue or however you spell it. to oil them down during the quarters #And The Womens Pro Teams Have Only Existed Since 2015!#one time my sisters game got cancelled cause they didnt want her team to ruin the ground for the guys who were playing after #while my mum was playing games (*after* the men fucked the ground up) in ankle deep mud. insanely unsafe #im forever annoyed about this its just a sucky night so the internet gets to hear about it #SUPPORT WOMENS SPORTS IN YOUR LOCAL AREA!!!!#oh also the manager for my mums team stole money from fundraising that members of the team had to do for themselves and gave it to the guys!
