Probably one of my favorite overly detailed omori headcanons I have is Kel having severe undiagnosed ADHD, struggling with it his whole life and feeling like a fucking failure, until (post-game obv) one of his college professors who also has ADHD notices his symptoms and points him in the direction of getting diagnosed. Then he gets accommodations, actually starts getting good grades, and for once in his life feels like he isn't a lost cause and cries from happiness...
