WHEN A CYCLIST WANTS TO OVERTAKE A PARKED CAR DON'T GET MAD. THEY ARE USING THE ROAD TOO. CERTAINLY DON'T GET MAD AND SWERVE DANGEROUSLY INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE OTHER LANE JUST WAIT FOR TWO SECONDS AND OVERTAKE ME THEN.
