I'm so happy to share with you my newest design, the Ogham Scarf. It's going to be in the upcoming issue of @knotionsmag , out next Saturday (26th of Feb). Ogham (the 'gh' is silent) is an ancient hieroglyphic language found in Ireland and other Celtic countries, carved on the corner edges of large stones. The writing is read from bottom to top - and on the scarf spells out 'Le grá' - 'with love'. The 'writing' is formed by cables and Vikkel braids (I'll pop some close-ups in a post tomorrow). I used 3 skeins of @loveyarnvibes Cliffs of Moher yarn in the colourway Seaspray.
