5 Most Common & Hard Interview Questions.
Finding a new job has never been a simple task. However, let’s say you’ve done all the right things and got the reference letters of in your hand. Moreover, now you’ve locked down an interview. Great work, but wait a minute, are you ready?
Interviewers can be harsh, but the questions don’t have to become stumpers. We discuss some common and hard interview questions that can get you signed or distinguished.
Here are the five most common and hard interview questions to prepare for:-
1. Why Are You Leaving Your Current Job?
Careful, here. Don’t put down the boss (he/she might be the colleague in the past) or say you’re looking for a hike (don’t discuss salary so early). Either say something positive about the organization where you’re interviewing (I’d like to explore a new way of doing things or get exposure to a new career) or about obtaining a new type of skills/experience that is not available at your current employer.
2. What Is Your Current Salary?
Primarily, this is a good question because maybe they are a little bit interested to know how much they have to pay to get you. However, don’t pump up the numbers. In future perhaps they will ask you for a salary slip from your current employer (once you have an offer).
However, do feel free to mention other useful perks like health insurance, stock option, and other compensations. Also, consider looking up compensation information on job sites or your job recruiter to find out what is standard in your industry.
3. Tell Me Something About Yourself?
This is a job interview, not a date. So please keep it to things related to a professional journey. Your qualification, a brief history of your work experience, and most recent career achievements (such as impressive sales growth or managing a team.
4. What is your greatest (professional) weakness?
Ugh. This isn’t just a tough interview question; this question asked in every second interview.
Being too honest could backfire. Most of the times, there are chances to give fraudulent responses like “I make work my life,” this not the right answer.
One safe idea is to express it as something you’re actively trying to enhance like "I'm trying to be better at my group presentations.”
5. Why should We Hire You?
This can feel like a minefield, but the trick here is to have done your research on the company. Study their website, read about them, research the bios of their leadership team. Then be prepared to align that information with personal examples.
For example, if this company is relatively new and depends on the brand-new technology, explain how you can help modernize your department by integrating new software or automating the procedure.
Hard Interview Questions Can Become Great Opportunities.
Most interviewers are just trying to judge your experience, your ability to problem-solve, and your emotional wisdom.
Questions like the ones above can feel like a trap, but the person asking it probably knows that. So here’s your chance to look well-prepared and intelligent.
Keep your answers not more than a minute or two, and less is more. Keep it relevant or stop talking and remain calm — they were once on your side of the table.

Tips For Dealing With a Difficult BOSS!
No matter the company you work for and the industry you work in, you will encounter many persons who may be challenging to get along. However, what you will do when that person is your boss?
Bad bosses are very common in the workplace. Many surveys show that three out of four employees said that their boss is the worst—and the most stressful—part of their job. Are you one of the people who are facing a struggle to get along with your boss? Check out these tips to help you find common ground and enjoy your job once again.
1. Talk To Your Boss
This would be difficult, but one of the best things you can do is sit down and talk to your boss. Don’t set a meeting to express your negative emotions or complain about their actions. Instead, tell him/her what you need from them to be more productive. Discuss with him/her more about yourself and what you can do to enhance your performance. In most scenarios, the things you speak out about are what others feel as well. Your boss may be entirely not aware of too many of these situations; this is the best way to open his or her eyes and ignite changes!
2. Understand The Need & Style of Your Boss
Each manager has a unique style and their way of doing things. While one manager may want regular communication, while some may not care until the work is complete. Spend some time to know your boss and recognizing their style and needs. One of the most common problems many employees face is they think the boss should change and adapt to their specific needs. This is incorrect! After understanding your boss’s working style, it will help you a lot to get along with him/her.
3. Stand firm
Most of the employees don't like their boss because he/she treats them like a slave. They poke their employees in tough situations and are rude. These situations can be challenging to navigate, but you must do so with your head held high. Think about how you will handle difficult situations with your boss before they happen so you can diffuse them as quickly and efficiently as possible. If he/she is continuously bully you and it is beyond control, then document all scenarios and behavior and report it to the concern person/department.
4. Be The Type of Employee You Wish Your Boss Were
One of the best things you can do is not let your demanding boss hinder your performance. When you are spoken to poorly, continually criticized, yelled at, and more, it can be easy to give up and not give your all to every assignment. Instead, become the type of employee you wish your boss were. Be happy, encouraging, and give 100% to every task. Your positive energy will carry you far, and it may be what other employees need to help them manage their workdays with a terrible manager.
Unfortunately, sometime in your career, you will likely work with a manager or boss who is difficult and you dislike. But, by keeping the above tips in mind and a smile on your face, you will become a likable and indispensable employee and able to get along well with others—including your challenging boss.

5 Tips To Get Your Dream Job.
When you have a job you love, you’re not only excited to go to work each day, but you are more motivated and productive. Studies found that when a person is happy in the workplace, it increases your productivity by 12% and those who are unhappy are 10% less effective.
So, How Do You Find a Job You Love?
1. It Begins At The Job Search
There are hundreds of job openings every single day. Before you start applying, you should spend time thinking about what you want to do and the type of job you are looking for. Use the various search features on job portals to help you find jobs based on your own skills and expertise.
2. Connect with Recruiter
The task to find a job you love is not easy. Working with a recruiter is an excellent way to find a job that you desire and are a success at. These individuals are familiar with what job openings are available and the best type of candidate for a position. They can help you network with particular companies, encourage you to apply for specific jobs, and answer your questions about the skills or requirements needed to land your dream job.
3. Further Education
By pursuing further education, you begin to expand your skillset. You will learn tasks that you like and don’t like. You can also use these classes as excellent networking opportunities, particularly if you have found something you love and work hard to master it. Consider taking online classes or those at a local community college.
4. Take an Advantage Of Social Media
Social media can be one of your greatest tools to find a job you love. Don’t use these platforms to follow old friends, but use them to learn about various companies, industries, etc. When you follow these pages, you learn about job openings, events a company may be hosting, projects the brand is working on, and more. This gives you insight into what you may or may not be doing when working for that particular company (or in that industry). It also is a great resource for reaching out and communicating with individuals who already work for the company.
5. Determine Your Priorities
Receiving a great salary is ideal but it shouldn’t be the only reason you accept a job. If you want to find a job you love, it needs to meet your top priorities. For example, if you want a strong work and life balance, great vacation time, and a job that challenges you intellectually, these are things you need to look during the job hunt. Sit down and determine your top three priorities in a job. Then, look for these characteristics during your job hunt.
Remember, you may not fall in love with the first job you receive. However, you can improve your chances of finding a job you are passionate about by following the above five tips and taking the job hunt seriously.

Basic Interview Manners You Must Know
Arrive on Time
Coming late to a job interview is makes a bad impression. This one action tells your interviewers that this job is not a priority for you or you are not a punctual person — both will hurt your chance of landing the job. However, you also don’t want to arrive too early. This can create awkward situations for both you and the interviewer.
Turn Your Phone Off
Basic interview manners say that you need to turn your phone off during the interview. Don’t set your phone on vibrate or low. These can still make noises that will interrupt the interview. Rather, just switch off your phone and if you do turn it to silent, do not constantly look at it or answer a phone call during the middle of your interview.
Make Eye Contact
Maintaining eye contact shows that you are listening and engaged in the conversation very well. At the same time, it also shows that you have confidence and professionalism. However, you want to be careful of your eye contact. You don’t want to stare down the individual who is asking you questions. If you want to have excellent interview manners, make sure to maintain eye contact but don’t overdo it.
Don’t Complain
Some candidates turn their interview into a time where they complain about their current job position, previous bosses and employers, etc. The job interview is not the time nor place for this type of behavior. You want to appear as a positive and happy individual, not someone who complains behind their employers’ backs.
Say Thank You
One of the best things you can do during and following a job interview is to show appreciation for the interview. You need to thank the interviewer for taking the time to talk to you and allowing you to discuss yourself and why you would be such a valuable asset to the team. While you should certainly do this in-person during the interview.
It is common to walk into a job interview nervous and stressed. However, when you know and have practiced interview manners, you will make a strong impression and increase your chance of landing the job. All The Best!
