Alex rotated her shoulder and hooked her opposite hand over it to press firm fingertips into the stiffening muscle. “She’s better than you’d think.” High praise coming from the agent. “Remind me not to have her tag along to Thursday knife practice anytime soon, I don’t handle being shown up well…”

Kara raised a brow, a smile teasing her lips. It was rare hearing a compliment like that from her sister—she could only imagine how good Laurel must have been in that match.

“Are you being... salty right now?” She asked, unable to hide her growing grin. Kara was definitely not going to let a chance to tease her sister slip by easily. “Isn’t that what sparring is for though? For exchanging pointers and learning from each other? I know you are super badass and all, but I’m sure Laurel could still teach you a thing or two.”

“I mean, she did train under the League of Assassins after all. Well... kind of.”
