ik last post said the chara spirit comment as a joke but have i ever gone into my theory/headcanon that chara isn't actually present in the photoshop flowey fight because they're connected to the player's save file and that's gone when flowey takes over

#hear me out.... i love the part of the theory that chara represents stats in the game as well as being the narrator #and whats completely absent from the photoshop flowey fight........#there's one bit where the narrator pipes up but its either flowey mocking the player (speaking of which could asriel be a bit suspicious?)#or very close to the end when flowey's losing control anyways #also just. the angst potential there. you and frisk have lost a friend that was there since the very beginning #ofc there are holes in this like part of the theory is that flowey awakens chara at the start by initiating the battle #but if chara's only just awakened then why are the stats immediately prepped for battle #idk tho. ftr im not trying to go ''this is 100% canon'' im kinda loose with narra chara but yeah i like the implications of it #echoed voice
