can't stop thinking about him (allan barbie movie)
#two basic archetypes i am irresistibly drawn to every time:#glasses guy (read: too smart for his own good and overthinks himself into oblivion)#and pathetic lil guy#'pathetic' of course being an underestimation of the lil guy's character#as he will undoubtedly find his strength and surprise other characters and the audience at some point#ofc the barbie movie is much more than just one pathetic lil guy and i do not wish to reduce greta gerwig's loving work to one character#but i am rotating him in my mind nevertheless#barbie#aug 2023
