debating if i should portray my fairy ocs more like fucked up eldritch beings rather than traditional fae
#talking to the air#sleepy ocs#an idea floating around in my head lately is most definitly inspired somewhat by blood borne’s great ones#but to decribe what i mean in more detail#i mean like what if ‘‘the fae’’ in my world are more like fucked up humanoid puppet bodies for Elder Beings that got kicked out#of their dimesion/realm/plane of existance?? whatever whereever#anyway the orginal human’s mind is all but crushed under the weight of ‘‘the fairies’’ possess their bodies as vessels#so slight spoiler if i plan on keeping this idea this basically means the ‘Good’ fairy bascially killed one of the main protag’s mom#much much bigger spoiler if i end up keeping this#twist number 2 or 3 would be the retroactive realization the protag was never meant to be born with dormant magic that was side effect#of the surrouding womb suddenly being completely engulfed by magic#so possible plan of revenege killing this eldrich Thing wearing your mother’s face gets the added wrinkle of fuu-my magic might go away too#hmmm#okay i think just talked myself into going with this idea#i definitely need to rename these guys True Names to be more
