Ugh the way that drinking water and getting a little exercise does make me feel a bit better. smh
#i mean i'm not hardcore exercising but even the walks around the block are nice#and i hate having to go pee every other minute but i guess the water's worth it#of course i'm also on a new ra medicine so let's not discount how that#is helping me have the wherewithal to actually do things#i have felt so shitty for so long here's hoping this post doesn't jinx me
