ii am rather 2trong nowaday2. ii con2ii2tently workout and have for over a 2weep now ii thiink. admiittedly more 2trength than cardiio even though ii 2hould have iit the other way. iit2 ju2t ea2iier two do 2trength. ii try two balance iit though.

iif you 2iign up thiinkiing they wont change much, that YOU wont change much, or that you dont have the patiience two work wiith them through anythiing.... then iit2 probably doomed two faiil, or be a 2traiined relatiion2hiip at the very lea2t. you cannot 2top eiither of you from changiing.
