I've been looking forward to this for months...a #rooftopdinner at @stedsans_cleansimplelocal surrounded by the #rooftopgardens of @oestergro @mettehelbak & Flemming have created something very unique and special in Copenhagen. An intimate long table meal consisting of the best local, seasonal ingredients and biodynamic wines. 6 inspired courses, each introduced with a special story from Flemming blew my hair back (they even made a vegetarian dish for me to replace the 1 meat course).
