An alternating lateral tuck on a freeFORM Board and a Power Plate and a running / sprinting drill on a docked and unlocked freeFORM Board.
Core strength which engages the obliques as lateral flexors and rotators (through the transition from side to side) and the docked exercise is an intense metabolic cardio workout.

This is how I look after a 6.4 mile run. That thing behind me, I did the whole thing. Too slow though but I'm not complaining because @katiakoshka did awesome.......Gotta do a solo next time. This was only my fifth run in one year and a half...... My right hip which was my pushoff leg in wrestling is coming back to life. It had literally been laterally rotated and fused which in turn caused me a rotation in my pelvis that I would never have recovered from . ... At some point in life I would have had a hip replacement for sure ... Thanks to learning the anatomy trains and working with such talented cutting-edge leaders in the world of fitness today I wouldn't be feeling as amazing as I do today at 46 #anatomytrains #touchmedicine #physprep #activefascialrelease #iomL2trainer #functionfirst #odonmovement #ayahuasca ....My body is literally unwinding from its long held fascial patterns. Unwinding means I'm able to release old repressed emotions from my etheric body. I have gained a spiritual intelligence that I never had before to go along with my emotionally stable mind.
